I have been using SMC for 8 years. I have 2 condos and they service both of my units. This company is reliable and very professional. The AC technician Jordan De Freitas is top notch. He’s very knowledgeable and gets the job done in a timely manner. His interpersonal skills are amazing, he’s so kind and patient when dealing with customers like me who are not computer savy or familiar with the latest technology!! He took the time and explained everything to me so that I could understand. He recently installed the Nest thermostat/ system and UV lights in my systems! Thank you SMC and Jordan De Freitas!! I refer this company to my neighbors and they are all impressed and happy with the service that SMC provides. Keep up the excellent work SMC, Jordan De Freitas and you too, Anthony!!!👍👍
