Disappointing, they charge for an Estimate on Duct work.....should be free
I am not sure where some of these positive reviews are coming from, but our experience of over (10) years is not a good one. Proserv installed a new A/C unit for us (10) years ago. It broke down last year and they told us that it was not worth repairing so we should get a new one. We did, although a new A/C unit should not breakdown in under 10 years. The new A/C did the same, temperature kept climbing during afternoons when A/C is most needed. The receptionist, Andrea, was rude and uncooperative. She sent a technician who did not speak a single word of English, but reported to their office that there was "a hole in the wall" preventing the air to cool. That is the HOLE MADE BY PROSERV TO INSTALL THEIR THERMOSTAT. Andrea gave us a run-around for two months until another technician was sent by Daniela and replaced the capacitor. The unit worked for a short time and broke down again last week - with the same problem. This time I did not bother with Proserv people and contacted another company. They diagnosed the problem immediately - the motor - picked up and replaced the part same day and now the A/C system works perfectly. If you want a good and reliable A/C unit, or you want your unit repaired correctly by a competent technician the first time, don't waste your time and money with Proserv. Call another company.
I can’t thank Proserv America enough for the promptness and professionalism. I contacted them on a hot Saturday morning as my a/c broke down overnight. They immediately dispatched one of their technicians who showed up within half an hour and immediately detected the issue and worked to get it repair quickly. Yan was very knowledgeable and went over everything that he worked on to help us understand the problem - don’t hesitate to call them if you have a/c, ducts problems. They are professional and will get the job done!

A+++ I cannot say enough good things about Proserv America. From the first call to the receptionist all the way to the technician, I received top-notch customer service. What stood out was their knowledge and professionalism. This is a company that takes pride in their work and it shows in the results. Proser America provided me an exceptional great service, they inspected my Air Condition Unit, took care of the warranty process to get the replacement compressor and kept me well informed of the whole process, very professional and reliable.

After meeting with to many AC companies I chose Pro serve based on rating and quality equipment offered at a fair price. The installation was well done . The maintenance is included and so far it’s been two years and it works great. Good techs

These people are backed up on technology there workers are always in a rush getting to a work site in slides. then they charge outrages prices for a quick fix of a part that coast $15 they charged me $250 Then the state the called me to charge me after I gave the card information with there company name on it to pay for the job that was giving by synchrony bank they send no email nothing in the mail then sent my account to collection with out even sending me any invoice nothing via email nothing via mail box. There work is garbage my unit is only 3 years old and the panel it stands already has to get changed .I do not recommend this place . Look Around and do business elsewhere. 2 years of use
I arranged for my air conditioning to be serviced with Pro Serve America and was very satisfied with the service. They performed the service to the unit and I was charged the price I was quoted. The technician was very friendly and serviced my a/c system and all worked fine after. I highly recommend Pro Serve America for all your a/c needs.
Called company out for a screeching noise with external AC unit. They told me I needed the fan blade and fan motor replaced. I paid the technician to perform the work and the next day noticed there was a new noise from the fan motor. Called them back to have it checked and they told me they couldn't hear it so it must ne something else. I had 2 other companies come out and tell me that the fan motor was making the noise. So I decided to call ProServ back to change the faulty fan motor they replaced. They came out, said they still can't hear the noise and would not replace it. Now I have to spend even more money to have the fan motor replaced by a different company. Avoid ProServ America at all costs.
I agreed to purchase an air conditioner from this company for $6000.00. My exact words to the salesman were if it is one penny over $6000.00 then I do not want it. His reply was it will not be over $6000 and this was after doing an inspection. Today I received a certified letter from this outfit asking for an additional $500. When I called the business the receptionist said that she had called me to discuss this matter and that the salesman had as well. That never happened and my call logs will prove that. Be careful with this business folks. Be very careful! To add to this issue I have a roof mounted air conditioner and since they mounted the unit I have had a tremendous leak. ****update**** 3 months later and I have not received a permit so that Proserv can have their work inspected. They called me to find out if I had received it. I do have to give them credit for that. Stay Tuned!
Outstanding service. We are very pleased with Proserv America. We started having issues with our previous AC unit few days ago – we contacted Proserv, they answered immediately, and 2 technicians were our door the next day with a brand-new unit. They installed it in a few hours. They also dealt directly with our condo association and took care of the permits. A very smooth process. Highly recommended. Thank you !!
I absolutely recommend this company for any AC Service you need. The experience I had today with one of their AC Technician, Mr Jose Davila, was superb. He was very professional, knowledgable, informative and super polite. The company also deliver same day Appointments, which is another important plus point. Job well done. Thank you
