Joseph Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! We can't forsee unfortunate situations. However you can send Joseph to fix it! There is no great experience with having your HVAC unit say goodnight in 95+ degree weather. Let me be transparent it's one thing to be good at your job but it's another thing when you have to deal with someone who is frustrated. Look whoever sees this needs to know it takes a certain skill to be professional deescalate any situation and still do his job! Please he needs to be Reprimanded for his service not just for today but everyday

Derwayne was fantastic. We were his last (emergency) ticket and even though he was at the end of his all-day shift, he had a great attitude and helped us solve our problem. He replaced the pump that sucks water away from the unit, because just cleaning it would cause our issue to happen again. If it weren’t for him, we would have just called and spent another maintenance visit cost to have our unit work! Thank you again to Derwayne, David, Theona and the whole team at Fuss Free. We will be loyal until the end. 🙌🏻

Rafael did an amazing job !! He was very communicative and efficient and showed me what was wrong with my ac unit . He fixed it in no time and was very kind and professional throughout . Definitely will choose this company again if I need my hvac serviced again !!
