They weren't kidding when they said Dedicated. We have been using Dedicated Cooling for a few years now at our business, and they never disappoint. Where other companies come up short and are unresponsive, Dedicated Cooling always shines. They will ALWAYS answer your call, and will be present within their quoted window. In the very slim chance that they are backed up at another job, they always communicate promptly and organize a reschedule within our business hours. Dedicated Cooling is certainly the best in the game!

Dedicated cooling - HVAC placed all the AC ducts in our home, including four new vents. We have a low slope roof, so this was a very difficult job. The three man crew, — Gariel, Luiz, and Damien — did an outstanding job. They showed up on time, worked, efficiently, were courteous, and professional. I dinged them one star, because they needed to use more plastic drop cloths to better protect our furnishings from the inevitable plaster dust that settles on everything when cutting drywall, and they should’ve had a shop vac to clean up the blown-in insulation that dropped down. Other than that, a very positive experience for a fair price.

Dedicated cooling is always available quickly when I have had any issues with my AC system. Not only are they responsive but also provide quality service with great prices.
