So we got this air unit installed 2 years ago. It was a disaster from the beginning. I complained and it’s broken down a few times. Also they destroyed part of the upper area of the connection area and I need to get that fixed. I HATE writing bad reviews but AVOID this company all you can. I hate to write this but since it was installed it’s been broken at least 5-6 times and now there’s a roach issue thanks to the poor workmanship. American Home shield has come to fix it a few times but they left duct tape on the fan and it seems that the unit may have been used prior to when we bought it. Absolutely awful. Attached is the butchering job they did and I’m trying to fix this tiny space
We had a full AC system replaced. Casey came to our home to explain our options and made the process of choosing a new unit and coordinating the installation easy and pleasant. Allen, who did the initial visit and then the installation was the best. He did a great job, paying amazing attention to detail. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything that was being done and answered all my question. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly.
Great experience from start to finish, and at a great price. Adam was on time and efficient. He was courteous and took the time to explain the maintenance that would be needed in the future with no pressure for unnecessary work.
AMI installed a new HVAC for us. The unit worked as - hot in summer and cold in winter. Their explanations were - nothing wrong. Called another company and discovered that AMI installed the unit wrong.
what I have to said about this business is bad. They got a contract from my association in Gateland village. they disconnect my AC unit, without disconnect the wire, them they broke the wire, later on tell the association the i need to pay for a new wire, so they can connect my AC back. that cost me $350.00 dollars for the irresponsibility of they worker.

Adam and Stephon did a excellent job installing our new Heating and A/C unit. They were very nice and were tidy, respectful, efficient.
Office staff are always responsive to needs. Technicians are capable and well informed. Our technician today was Adam. Diagnosed our problem quickly, clearly explained what happened and told us how to avoid it in the future. And all the time being very patient with our yappy dog. AMI is the place to go for AC needs.
I had a problem with the filter on my new AC. Adam came over and fixed the issue in 10 minutes. I highly recommend this company. These guys are the best in the business!!

Had an A/C installed and it recently broke. The fan blade was broke and needed to be replaced. Fortunately the part was still under warranty but not the labor. Was told it would take about five business days to get the part and it would cost $400/hr to fix. Initially, I was not happy with the diagnosis because something caused the fan blade to break and all that was going to be fixed was the fan blade. I was afraid the new fan would break too and I'd be on the hook for another small fortune to repair it AGAIN! That's the impression I got after talking to the first technician that showed up. After calling the office, a second technician showed up to verify the problem. Casey (the second technician) went above any expectation I might have had and not only found a fan blade but replaced the motor too (which was broke too). Casey went out of his way to get parts locally instead of taking the easy way out and just ordering them through normal channels. In the South Florida heat, in August, that was very appreciated. Casey changed this review from a one star to a five plus star review. $400/hr labor fees might be a hard pill to swallow but AMI will ensure you get your money's worth.
Once again AMI has come through for us! Our AC went out yesterday afternoon. They got to us almost immediately. The office dispatcher was very helpful and followed-up when there was a short delay (due to a lightening storm they couldn't get on the roof). The techs (Mauricio and Alejandro) were professional and efficient. We are grateful for such reliable and fairly priced service.
We installed a new HVAC with AMI Air Davie FL last year, and Adam and Austin just were here for our maintenance. The compressor motor was not working and was replaced within our warranty, everything was easy to schedule and working perfectly again. From Rebecca in the office scheduling the appointment to the repair, everything was excellent and highly professional. Highly recommend AMI in Davie FL, there are more AMIs out there, so you need to make sure you get the one in Davie 33314.
AMI is very professional and responsive. We called for a pm on our AC to make sure it is ready for summer. Steve , our technician, was fantastic and professional. He explained his findings and recommendations clearly. Highly recommend AMI and Steve.

I recently called Rebecca at AMi to have a repair done to my air conditioner. She sent Todd who arrived only a few hours after I called. He was very knowledgeable and was able to isolate the problem quickly. He was very patient and professional and took the time to explain what needed to be done. I was very pleased with his work and with AMI’s prompt response and the service they have provided over the years.
I have used this company for years now., Starting with a complete removal of an old system including ductwork, a/c and all attic insulation.and replacement of everything. They worked with me to resolve all issues and their team is very professional with extra thanks to Anil and Steve. Would recommend to everyone. Always responsive and very professional.
I called on Monday afternoon; they scheduled service for Tuesday before noon! Next-day service! Tech Anil was friendly and professional and informative. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, turned out to be a thermostat problem. Great service, thanks!
This company was recommended by a friend of mine. And he was on point. Anil was professional and very kind and helpful. He explained everything to me and was able to resolve the problem on the same visit. I definitely recommend them.
