Unresponsive and unprofessional. Compliance Manager Erin Cooper was unresponsive to our requests for an invoice and follow-up on an a/c leak, and Air-Pro sent a tech out with a busted arm or wrist, so he could not do the full job. Avoid this place. You have been warned. First and last time customer. 7/8/2023 Update: Erin Cooper replied under my Google Review stating she had no dealings with me. I emailed her with My Husband's contact information, as he was her point of contact. I await a response to our a/c leak.

Air Pros stand behind their work. Had a mishap with one of the previous technicians that came just for a tune up and left with both of my systems insufficient to maintain my cooling. I called and complained and with a couple of scheduling conflicts they were able to get Royce out to check out my problems. They didn’t charge me for anything it was just great customer service. Thank you Royce for getting my systems back on track.

I have been reaching out since October 2022 our initial install. I was overcharged and ripped off, didn't even receive a heating element in the new unit . We tried using heat on Christmas morning, 39 outside 63 inside no heat, that's right, no heat. heating element even in the unit. After months, Paul (Regional Manager and Alex technician) agreed to further discuss. They put the heating element in, and promised an inspection, permits, and a credit for being overcharged. TO THIS DAY, NO INSPECTION, PERMIT,OR CREDIT. DONT DO IT!!! RUN!!!! AIRPROS ARE THE WORST!!!! Fast forward, Feb 2023, Paul

Had an issue with my AC unit, scheduled an appointment, then day-of was told someone wouldn’t come out at that time because it’s after hours (then why would someone schedule appointments for times no one will show up?). After days of going back and forth with technicians, and members of the call center for updates, no one could give any information. Finally after a week of no AC in South Florida, they got around to installing a part that we scheduled to be replaced days prior. And after about a week and a half after dealing with this sad excuse for a service, the unit is again not cooling. Air Pros is incredibly disorganized, incompetent, and has abismal customer support. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. If you respect yourself, look elsewhere.

DO NOT USE! BEWARE! TERRIBLE. Since Air Pros bought Universal they've destroyed the company. This is one of those private equity roll-ups where a bigger company keeps buying smaller ones and thinks they can run them more efficiently. In this case, they try a central call center that cannot even call the local office in emergency. On 3 separate occasions I contacted them. All 3 failed. Twice, they left me sitting home all day and simply didn't show up. And when I called to find out where the tech was (10+ times) the call center could only email the tech who clearly wasn't answering. They just don't have it together. I'd say they are the spirit airlines of air conditioning but they aren't even cheap. They are just simply terrible in all respects. The worst.

Absolutely the worst. Air Pros recently bought Universal Air and Heat which wasn't the best but not the worst. Air Pros is hands down among the worst businesses I've ever encountered. I sat for 6 hours waiting for my 2-5PM appointment. I called finally at 5PM when they missed their appointment and they told me the tech was running late and would arrive by 630 and they'd have someone call. Nobody called. I called them 13 more times between 6 and 8 and the call center located in Orlando isn't even allowed to call the local office in Davie. They can only send emails. Imagine in 2023 these buffoons don't even have the ability to speak to their office..like it's a call center in Bangladesh...but it's in Orlando. So they sent repeated emails to the dispatch and the manager and the technician but none of the 3 responded to the call center. 13 times. No reply. It's now after hours and nobody is showing up and I have to pay emergency after hours rates because these buffoons couldn't figure out how to even pick up the phone to call their local office. Worse, the manager Isaac in Orlando promised to call me back before 8PM but then didn't. To make matters worse, this is the second time this has happened in two months since Air Pros bought the company. And one other time, I called them 3 times to schedule a $750 appointment and guess what... nobody called back. Save your time. DO NOT USE AIR PROS!

Stay away. I purchased a commercial unit last year for 13k. The unit went out this week and I have been trying to get someone out here for 5 days to come and take a look at it. Air Pros is quick to make a sale but doesn’t care about the longevity of a customer relationship or the quality of the units they install. From customer service to dispatch the company is disjointed. If given the option, I would look elsewhere. UPDATE: I got an email from Veronica Kott, called her back and she referred me back to the call center. This only further proves AirPros greed and no after care for their customers.

I requested a maintenance service explaining my AC is on top of my home, needing a special size letter. They charged me immediately $199, the service was never done because of the ladder. The initial call and dispatch do not communicate and blame each other. I’m requesting my refund it’s been 3 days and no one calls me. I spoke with a Supervisor Dan and he does not answer my calls. They are not professional. If you have good customer service why have you not contacted me ?

$1600+ for an ac outdoor fan motor! Unfortunately, I did not know better and the AC wasn't working properly so I agreed. Then I did some research. What a rip-off! Never, ever again!

This company is a rip off. Although the technician was polite and knowledgeable, his manager told him to charge me $1,300 for $50 worth of Freon. Avoid this company. There are plenty of other A/C companies in South Florida.

After two weeks Faulty installation caused fan motor to burn out. Actual 🔥 on unit. Airpro never requested permit so there was no inspection which could have prevented this dangerous situation. Asked for the new AC unit to replace the defective one they installed Left numerous messages for Antoine the manager. He does not respond. I contacted the owner of the company. He said he passed my message on to the appropriate people. Customer service people call, apologize but do nothing to actually help. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a business. There is no regard for the customer.

What a scam, its the old Solar Bear company at it again! Tech's come out with crazy high prices, try to sell you a new unit for 4x times the price, had another company fix my a/c for 383.00! Always get a second opinion for your repairs and replacements! Do yourself a favor and Do not use this company!

Horrible Company. We had the work done in November of 2022 and sold the house in April of 2023. Have been working for months trying to get the final inspection done and the permit closed. Every week they lie and say 'the permit was issued and the inspection will be on Wednesday' In fact, the permit has still not been issued. We will have to give the buyer of the house $2000 because of the open permit that AirPros was unable to close.

Re-Revised update 4/15/23 Downgraded back to one star. Ok, I updated this review out of haste due to my frustration. Apparently this company has wiped the slate clean from their previous employees and are working to become a better company. The service manager was responsive and had a technician at my property within the day. Yes, I am frustrated that the unit I bought is not performing to the advertised standard. However, the new technician who serviced the unit identified something not perviously known. The company is working diligently to resolve the issue and I have confidence (for the first time for this company) that they are coming up with a solution. I will update this further at a later time. Thanks **UPDATE** First I would like to thank the leadership team at Air Pros USA for taking the steps necessary to correct the problem. I would not be updating this review otherwise. They clearly recognized their fault and took the necessary steps to correct it. There was a significant effort by the Quality Assurance team to understand the problem and escalate it to the General Manager. Air Pros USA demonstrated a dramatic effort to not only correct the mistakes, but also improve upon them as an organization. I was surprised to see this after what I had experienced initially. To be honest, my initial experience was so bad that I did not think it was possible to change my mind. The totality of the response from senior management was enough to change my mind. I am happy to write this update knowing that other people will see it and understand this company is not here to rip you off or to provide bad customer service. Did it happen? Yes. Did the company take appropriate actions to correct that? Absolutely. I upgraded their review from one to three stars. Used this company 2 years ago to have 2 homes done. Every time we call for service they schedule it weeks out and on the day of, they cancel right before the scheduled time stating they have too many emergency calls. One time they actually made it out, they wanted to price gouge me with a $750 labor charge just to change a heating switch that was under warranty. Basically once they get the high dollar job done they are undependable.
