My AC wasn't working properly and called Air-Con. Bailey was here within a hour. My AC was stuck on heat. The unit I had was 18 years old and needed replacing. This was on a Monday and by Friday, within 4 hours I was up and running. I might add after getting another estimate Air-Conwas MORE THAN REASONABLE. After 8 days of no AC they were a site for sore eyes. Thanks guys, good job! I recommend 👌 for sure

AC went out on me while I was out of town. My neighbor recommended that I call Air-Con so I gave them a call. Person on the phone was very friendly and said a tech would be over asap. The tech (Bailey) showed up around 1800 and within 15-20 minutes diagnosed the issue and had me up and running in no time. Highly recommend these folks! My A/C stopped cooling in the middle of the night so I called them first thing in the AM. I told them what I thought the problem was, they said it was a simple repair and they would send a tech over on the way to another job. 45 min. later and my A/C is repaired, no upsell, no messing around just fixed. I'm not missing an entire day of work sitting around waiting for someone to show up. The customer service on both ends was superb and the cost was very reasonable. I realize that I lucked out with having an easy fix with my location being on the way to another call but I have to give them the credit for making it so easy.
They fixed the a/c for rental house in Eastpoint. Prompt, efficient and friendly.

James From Air Con Came Out QUICKLY after hours to fix a electrical issue with my AC Unit. He was very knowledgeable and worked at a great pace. He was even a dog guy and put my Lab at ease so the barking would stop. 10/10 would recommend any day! Won’t be using anyone else in town except Air Con!

Love this company and the employees. The electrical box on the ac was smelling “burnt” and was black in some areas. We turned the whole system off and called for service last night after hours. Keegan came today at 1 and had a new box installed within the hour. Everything is working fine now. This problem was on the old system. We just had AirCon install a split level ductless system for the second level on our house. New system is installed and looking good, just waiting on a licensed electrician to pull the 220 line for it. Once that work is completed AirCon will return and teach us how to use the system. Can’t wait and will post an update. Repairs or new installs, this is the company to use.

Aircon professionals are awesome, they are personable, trustworthy and honest. They fix what they can fix and tell you exactly what the issue is and don’t try to up sale which is what I like the most.
