It was a wonderful experience. The salesperson was very informative and answered all of my questions. The installers were awesome. They were professional, on time, and explained everything. I was very pleased with the entire process.

Opulent Industrial Heating & Air Conditioning were great! They worked from nine in the morning to after six o’clock putting in my new furnace. They took one short break to eat and got back to it immediately. They are very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I had a new heating system installed by Opulent Industrial Heating & Air Conditioning. The technician was extremely informative in describing options, and was able to schedule install within a few days, and then have install initiated even a day earlier. They were prompt service. Everyone I have come in contact with at this company has been extremely polite and easy to work with, I would recommend them to anyone.
We just got our furnace and AC replaced, and the install guys (Ken and someone else) were great. They were nice and considerate, got the job done in the expected time, and they didn't make or leave a mess -- they are the best among the rest!!
The Technicians installed a new AC unit for us and did a fantastic job. They were very professional, hard working, answered all my questions and did it all with a smile in 110+ degree weather. Ken also checked out our other unit, provided us with our options, helped get done what we need for now, and was also very professional. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.
