There was a gas leak in our coil and Louay & Olga have helped us to order, install the new coil and charge the system with Gas and now it's working perfectly. He had togo theough hoops dealing with Trane unprofessional agents and damaged inventory to get a good coil for our system. Louay was very responsive communicative through calls and texts which we appreciate alot. Thank you

Our AC kept going on and off. Louie came out and did the repair. While we have been drawing the condensation line regularly we were unaware of the filter to the unit or even how to get to it. Louie fixed the problem , then explained to us
