Had an issue with our AC. Our tech Andre came on time for the appointment was professional and polite. Resolved the issue quickly. Communication with management regarding the appointment was also quick and easy.

Marc (senior technician) and Abey (owner) are amazing. Polite, friendly, professional. I had a complicated situation, and they came up with a plan, fixed it quickly, and kept me informed every step of the way. A company with integrity, which is quite rare in this industry. Highly recommend.
We called to get our heater working (have not used in 2 years) and were able to get a prompt response and convenient appointment from their courteous customer service rep. The tech was an expert that quickly diagnosed a loose wire inside the unit and fixed it on the spot. No over-complications, no overselling, and no over-billing for unnecessary repairs. Can’t put a price on integrity and great customer service! I highly recommend them!

I recently had the opportunity to work with the team at Monar Air Conditioning Repair Company and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. My air conditioning unit was not working properly and I was in desperate need of a repair. The team at Monar was able to schedule a technician to come to my home the same day I called, which was a huge relief.
These guys fixed my air conditioning unit when everyone suggested to buy a new unit.

I waited a week for them to come do yearly maintenance on my ac. They came and ever since they left the unit won't turn on. I waited 5 days for them to come and break my ac, I am now waiting on any response from them. 4 hours later, Tom says that he won't be able to send anyone out today or tomorrow. He says I don't understand how AC s work so he doesn't feel any obligation to prioritize what their technician might have broken yesterday. I told him that I don't think he understands how statistics work and how it's too much of a coincidence for his technician to not probably be at fault. He doesn't care about customer service so we sit in the heat. My ac unit wouldn't turn on after their technician left on Wednesday, today is Friday, in the 90s and all Tom has told us is that he will not be sending anyone this week. So I had to call another company so that we might have some relief from the heat over the weekend. I see the "owner" responded. We called another company, to fix our ac. Tom left our last phone call at , "We will get to you when we get to you." I better not see a bill as your technician did not even know the basics of ac repair.

I'm very disappointed with this service. Service was performed without my authorization and I was given a bill not even knowing the price of service. I'm the owner my house and feel I should had got the courtesy to be notified if service was going to be performed on my home. My husband just died and I wanted to get other quotes to see what best fit my budget but unfortunately I couldn't do that. Just was force to take on a service I never authorized. I will give a zero if I could. I would never get service from this company or recommend service to anyone I know. Only thing the service manager informed they can do is put on a note on my account to get authorization from me only in the future. WTH that doesn't fix my issue at all because I will not ever be getting service from this company. I worked with alot of contractors before and never once encountered anything such as this. I was notified each time by those contractors and was given paperwork to sign authorizing for me the owner to performed serviceon my home. However, I got absolutely nothing from this company but a bill.
I have been a customer of Monar for many years while living in West Boca Raton and am continuing to use their services in my new home in Coconut Creek. They are always extremely responsive, professional and have outstanding customer service. They provide you with all information up front to ensure there aren’t any surprises regarding service costs. These days it is difficult to find businesses that are trustworthy and reliable, but Monar are one of the good guys.
