I hired LS Air Conditioner for the AC duct vents cleaning at my apartment located in Sunrise Lakes. I am not happy with the ducts cleaning the LS Air conditioner performed in my apartment on 5/4/2024, because my place ended up with a lot of dusts all over my whole apartment. After they finished the work, my Bedrooms and living room ended up so dusty that I removed all bedding set, pillows curtains for cleaning and washing. All pictures frames ended up covered with dust, floors and furniture and accessories all covered with dust. I felt sick sneezing and with stuffy nose while cleaning up my place. Since they left my place I noted that everything was covered with dust and since yesterday I have been cleaning up and still there are so more to clean. I paid for cleaning up the AC ducts vents and ended up with part of the dust all over my place. So bad like that.
This was an awesome experience, very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend this company to anyone with AC issues. Best in Broward County.

Simply called them since I saw their truck after hours on a Friday. Left a message and they responded right away and made an appointment for the next business day. Very accommodating, worked well with my 88 year old mother. I highly recommend LS Air Conditioning.
I called the office for a problem with the air condition. The office told me that they would send a technician the same day that I called. And, the technician was here and did a great job I recommend this company.
I have been using LS for years, and I have never regretted a visit. The workers are professional and courteous. The owner Jamie is fantastic and responsive. Ali at the office is so great to work with and very responsive as well. I just had an AC unit install for an unbeatable price; they were servicing my old AC unit for over 7 years until it was time to throw in the towel and get a new one 😂. Thank you all. I will recommend to everyone I know.
First maintenance visit exceeded my expectations!! We were very happy with the thorough service conducted by LS Air conditioning. We were using another company and now feel robbed because they didn't do a 1/4 of the maintenance job completed by LS and were charging us more money! We look forward to continuing our maintenance agreement and relationship with LS for our air conditioning needs! :)

I love this company. They are so nice, so professional, and so accommodating. They are prompt and go over and beyond. The office staff are exceptional....always pleasant and willing to answer questions and get back to you ASAP. The techs are courteous and answer your questions as well and clean up is impeccable. I would highly recommend this company to everyone. They treat you with respect and I like that. Just had to replace my blower motor and was done the same day I called.....am also going to have a surge protector installed for my A/C......Did my research and think this is a good purchase. Thank you LS Air!!!!

The team at LS did an amazing job and I would absolutely recommend them for anyone with HVAC issues. They made availability for us in their busy schedule and showed up within 90 minutes of us placing a call. Within 4 hours of my initial call to them they had completely fixed our problem. The team that showed up was incredibly professional and explained the process and pricing to us. HVAC issues can be stressful, but the team at LS made it pain-free.
I have used LS for my home and business and would recommend to anyone. Last week, the AC at my home went out, it was 6:30pm, within the hour, I had a technician, fully suited with mask and gloves, assessing the issue. I was not charged emergency or after hours fees, just parts and labor for the repair. The technician explained what was wrong and did not push for a sale. My AC is back up and running better than before, I know I can trust LS to give me a professional and unbiased opinion so they have earned my trust, you should give them a chance next time you need help with your AC.
I called LS Air Conditioning on Sunday evening because my outside unit wasn't coming on. Within an hour, they were there and it only took them a few minutes to diagnose the problem. They fixed it, checked everything, and made sure it was working well. I couldn't believe how friendly and professional they were and how they made sure things were working before they left. I'm also going to have them do the maintenance and will definitely use them again!

I used L Service Inc Air Conditioning today for the first time and I am impressed with the quality of service they provided. I called to request service and they had no problem scheduling it for today at 8:30 p.m. Jaime, the owner, arrived earlier, explained what was wrong with the air conditioning, replaced the part that the unit needed and charged me reasonably. What an amazing company. I have never written a review before, and I believe they warrant one. They were very professional, courteous, and fast. The lengths they went through with the condominium board to get a new air conditioner installed was nothing short of amazing. The technicians were very nice, worked fast, and very clean. It was a huge job as the main part of the unit was on the roof of the third floor and we are on the first floor. You never think much about these types of companies, until you need one and then you pray you find a good one let alone a great one. They are a great one, from the office to the technicians, from inception to completion, with follow up calls after to ensure everything is fine. I highly recommend this company to everyone.
