Victor was amazing. He was able to fit me in on the same day I contacted him. My unit was freezing & not cooling the house. He checked everything out & provided the different options. Victor was very pleasant to work with. Very knowledgeable and professional, he quickly installed a new mini-split for us. The pricing was also fair. The heads up text was a plus as well. The unit he installed has a 10-year warranty which is great and seems to beat the industry standard. I would certainly recommend him to anyone in need of a/c work.

The owner Victor Ortiz came out himself and did a full maintenance on the inside and outside unit . He was the most professional service person I ever delt with. He was kind, efficient , super honest and very reasonable. I would definetely recommend his company to any of my family and friends.

We met Vic thru a referral and we're glad we did. We appreciated his honesty and clear explanation on repairs and maintenance on our semi old AC system. After a few quotes on "you need a new AC" he helped get it back to running and cooling condition. He definitely saved us time and money!
