The business is a complete rip off. When my thermostat was not working during a maintenance call they told me my your only choice was to pay $541.00 to replace a thermostat or forfeit my maintenance. I said I would fix the thermostat myself, the price is an outrage! The technician refused to do anything else change my filter nothing but they still want to charge me for him coming to my place.

Incredibly nasty office manager. They didn't show up for the scheduled appointment and left us sitting in the heat. When I called and they said they could no longer come out, I went through Thumbtack. Five other companies responded, on a Friday, and all were able to come out. We got our A/C up and running very quickly with another company. I would never contact BriskAir again. I've signed a service contract with another company.

I first contacted Brisk Air to take a look at my unit as I was getting an error message in my thermostat. Matt and Sandil came the following day and took care of the problem. However, they gave me the bad news that my unit was on its last legs which I already sort of knew since it was the third time in less than a year that I was calling an AC company to fix something. They got me in touch with Andy, who came within a few days to do an assessment of the situation. Long story short, I not only needed a new unit but also new duct work as there was mold in them. Andy took his time to walk me through what needed to be repaired with a no bull approach. He worked with his team to put together a plan for the entire house with the different things that needed to be done by taking into account the size of the house and of each room, and suggested a couple of equipment options. Andy and his team completed the entire installation (unit + new ductwork) in one day! Even though Andy mentioned that they are not a cleaning company, they made sure to clean up after themselves. Andy came two weeks after completing the installation to do a quick check of the work and he noticed something minor in the ductwork that needed to be fixed. He came back with one of his team members a couple of days later and took care of it. In addition to all the work, Andy and his team took care of all permits, rebates and county inspections. Outstanding job by this company. I just wish I had done the work sooner. Class act people and company. Thank you Andy, Jacklyn and Team!

Let me start by saying “WOW” I’ve dealt with different A/C companies and have never seen the expertise of choosing the correct equipment for my house as Brisk air/Andy walked me through. We have used Air around the clock in the past and when Andy started to take out the old unit that had gone dead.He found that they had installed my 4 ton unit completely wrong with a adapter that should have been used for a 2 ton A/C . All along I have been in the dark with what was done by ATC. Andy/Brisk installed a drip pan,freon sensor,and checklist on the handler unit to walk through steps on troubleshooting the system if it gives you trouble....He then went to each of the vents in the house to make sure everything was blowing out right with the new unit...He says if you install it correctly the first time and with the correct maintenance it can last up to 20 years... Now,I did not get the cheapest unit ,I purchased the best on the market at a fair price they quoted. This whole experience was so enjoyable and made me feel like they really cared. You can’t find to much of this anymore... 5 stars for Brisk Air does not do them justice. You guys get a perfect 10!!!!! Go with them ,you won’t be disappointed I guarantee it...

I installed my new A/C with Briskair about 2 yrs ago. After 2 years I needed maintenance because the A/C simply stopped working. Call them up. They came and supposedly fixed. After 2 months and 12 days the A/C started leaking. Call them up and asked for them to come and take a look as a courtesy due to the fact I already paid $496 about 2 months ago. The company officer, Jackie was rude, unprofessional and nasty. She told me "we are not a charity company" we are a business company. If you want our services you have to pay." ... and hang up on me. I tried to reach the owner, Andy! He did not answer my email. It appears this not lady, Jackie, acting as Office Manager, is the one who runs the company. I do not recommend this company to anyone. They treat customers like trash.

They always provide a full report with pictures for every maintenance and provide aforadable options for any repairs needed. Customer service is top notch!! Highly reccommend them. Sandil is fabulous! Update 6/2022: I just had a new air conditioner installed and new duct work installed (mine was original to my home). I used Brisk Air who I’ve used for years and they were so professional and made this install so easy and seamless. The guys came in and did the air conditioner and handler install (which I had re-routed from my garage to inside my home) and then the duct work was removed and brand new ducts were installed. The process took 2 days. They cleaned up after they were done. Zero issues!! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly. These guys are great and very professional. Ask for Andy. You will not be disappointed!!! I Highly recommend them!!

Brisk Air and their team provided a superb install of a new 4 ton system and all new ductwork in one day. The install crew were on time, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. The follow up after the install to verify quality assurance was a delightful surprise. The office staff provided great customer support and excellent communication. They went over the different maintenance plans available and even emailed samples of their in-depth maintenance reports.

Brisk Air teamed up with another company to design a whole new system. Just to make sure every thing was correct. They sent enough people to make sure the bulk of the job was complete in one day. The guys covere the areas with plastic. And did a decent job of sweeping up after. Andy worked with me to help work out how much i had to pay by when. This helped me to plan for it. Communication was outstanding. Andy would contact me back quickly. Even on weekends.. I would highly recommend this company..

I called them a month ago, ac coils were frozen. Tech came and was very professiional and competent. We were very low on freon. He added and advised there may be a leak, paid $738. Wrote om the bill that an isolation test was $691 if we need to locate a leak. 3 weeks later same thing. Pay again for emergency service again $560. On new bill it said same thing isolation test $691. I schedule isolation test for 3 days later. Paid bill when he came and performed isolation test . 2 days no ac last week during 90+ degree weather. He comes back 2 days later and gives us the results for the isolation test and they cannot fix the problem till a "project manager" can evaluate the cost and how to proceed. We are told the project manager will not be available for 7 Days!! He then tells us, to hook back up our ac will be another $540. NEVER on any of my estimates for the isolation test was there any mention of a reconnection fee. I refused to pay. I called the office and complained. I was able to get the project mgr to come next day, so without ac another day. He looked at whole job which was a big job, replacing copper line and rerouting them through attic. He assures me he will take care of us and give us a fair price but we MUST pay him $500 to reconnect our ac till he can do the job. I HAD NO CHOICE!! Paid him 500. Four days later he gave us a price of $7300 to do the job. Meanwhile I had 4 other ac companies give me estimates from $2500 to $3400. All the other companies gave me the price within 1 hour. I had the job completed the next day by Air America for $3195 I feel betrayed and bent over a barrel and taken advantage of. My next step is contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint because no where in any of their emails and bills did they tell me of another expense to reconnect my ac after the test, not to mention the more than double price to complete the other job. Very very poor way to people when there is a problem
