Scheduled an appointment and no one showed up. No call no show. They then called me back, a week later, to reschedule service. I really needed the service to my A/C so I agreed to another date and time. The second date and time came and went. Again, no show no call. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Both day’s I took off from work for the service and not once, but twice they didn’t show. I will never call or reschedule with this company again.
Second service call with Art’s Plumbing and Air Conditioning and it was equally as good as the first. They emailed service tech info with photo so I knew who to expect. Rick was polite, professional, thorough and explained what he was doing. Rick was exceptionally accommodating with a parking issue at our condo - very patient. I will definitely call them again.
Had the pleasure of meeting Ryan Wasser, who was a great technician. Obviously knew his stuff, and he clearly explained my options. Very affable as well.
Beware of this false and misleading advertisement from Art. Skip these scammers and save your time contacting elsewhere. They have flyers all at Home Depot advertising “Clogged Drain? $93 or it’s free!” Art sent out Jamal (the same guy pictured in their advertisement), who proceeded to tell me it was going to be $300+ for him to unclog the drain with no guarantee. Jamal wouldn’t stand by their own ad featuring him as Art’s plumbing tech. I don’t see specific language in this pictured offer from Art specifying the requirements of the drain to be serviced except for it being clogged. Ours was and my $93 was ready. Sad to be misled and have such a bad experience! Beware.
I would very much like to compliment Jonathan Araujo who assisted me in obtaining a new air conditioner from your Home Depot. He recommended the best equipment, helped me set up a financial payment plan with the HD credit card, and was very supportive, answering all of my questions. The job of installing the air conditioner was to be done tomorrow, but when another customer cancelled, he immediately set me up for today! Thank you Jonathan.
Rick Corbin from Art Plumbing did a great job. The job was not easy, converting a 1 sink layout to a 2 sink layout, but the end result turned out GREAT. Rick also replace 3 leaky valves on the exterior of the house. He worked very hard, was very courteous and friendly to talk to. I would recommend him as a plumber to anyone.
Jason came from Art Plumbing and was able to quickly diagnose and repair our air conditioner. He thoroughly explained what the problem was, how he was going to fix it and steps we can take to better care for our HVAC equipment. I highly recommend this company. As we called with an emergency, they quickly responded and kept in contact with us through text messages letting us know who and when the technician was going to arrive.
Technician was very professional, explained To me what was wrong with system, show me picture of the problem, when over Options to fix problems and price. They fix the situation my A/C was putting Out cold air, very satisfied with the job.
My AC was out and i needed to replace it asap. Jonathan from Art Plumbing and AC responded soo quickly and was sensitive to my quick turnaround requirement. I enjoyed working with him and appreciated his professionalism. Lisa
Robert Faust was amazing fixing my AC. He was honest, on time and extremely professional. He throughly checked my inside AC unit and external unit. I would recommend Robert again in the future for AC needs.
Steve arrived on time. He was really professional, knowledgeable, honest. He provided honest quotes and solid advise. I will definitely ask for his services again for any electric/plumbing work at my house
Challum was awesome! He not only fixed the wiring problem, but he also took the time to explain what caused the problem. He went above and beyond my expectations. The cost was very reasonable and well worth it. I'm super impressed and satisfied. If everyone at Art is like Challum, you will have all my future business and referrals.

Rick, the plumber assigned to replace the water valves was respectful, thorough, explained my options, left the area as he found it. He assured the quality of the products will give peace of mind for years to come.
I am very satisfied with the service Thank you Casey (Technician for Water Heater,) Casey de Falle answered all my questions . He gave me very detailed information in reference to leak sensor alarm turning on. Some water infiltration occurred in the closet where the water heater is located but it was not from the water heater. Service call resolved. Joseph, the technician was very thorough. He checked the breakers, thermostat and opened up the air conditioner. His in advance preparation made installation day go very smooth.

Cheiff was out to my house this afternoon to discuss my unit that has been giving me problems since I moved into it a year ago. He listed to all my concerns and didn’t want me to waste my money on replacing parts. He gave me many options on a new unit and I’m having it installed Monday. I’m knowledgeable in HVAC and know everything he explained to me was the truth. I’m looking forward for the installation.
