Was impressed with how responsive my adviser, Edgar Sanchez, was with phone calls, texts and e-mails when I needed to replace my 24-year-old broken central A/C. He took the time to thoroughly explain things and answer all my questions. Another associate showed up on time the very next day for the installation. He also efficiently removed the old indoor and outdoor units. All of the work took six hours and I was relieved to have cool air again after going a month in the heat. I like the York system that I got, the ten-year warranty and, of course, their Sloane Smith TV commercials. My only nitpick item was that they did not provide a filter with the new equipment. Luckily, I had a filter that fit well enough. But for an expensive repair job inside and outside my home, this established company made me feel confident throughout the entire experience.
The All year cooling from start to finish were absolutely amazing. Mario did a wonderful job coming to my home to see and recommend the appropriate unit for my home. He was extremely professional , on time and responsive to all my calls and questions. Very honest! The technicians, Johnny and Duke, worked so hard and were very patient and professional, making sure everything was done properly and up and running. All year cooling is the best company. I highly recommend. Thank you all and God bless you more and more each day.

A few days ago I noticed the temperature that I set my a. c. at didn't match the temperature in the room. As the hours went by my place was getting warmer and warmer. In Florida that's the last thing you want to happen. I called All Year Cooling and was able to get a service call the next day. Thankfully the technician Steve arrived early. Steve was extremely personal and in minutes he discovered the problem, so add life saver to his resume. It took a while for my place to come down in temperature, but it was sure worth the wait! I highly recommend this company for all your a.c. needs, the girls on the phone were also very personal and made the experience much nicer than anyone else I ever called. Thanks All Year Cooling! 🤩
I called Friday for a same-day appointment. Got rescheduled to Saturday. Then Saturday the guy comes and says he will come Sunday. Sunday he couldn’t make it. He’ll come Monday morning. Then Monday afternoon. Then it was supposed to be scheduled for later in the week …. Update: Omar S, the technician who came originally, called to check on my experience. After telling him about my challenging experience, he came on his own time to make it right. Amazing that he took the time to do this. This is the kind of service the whole company should strive for. He rescued my experience with the company. Omar, I can’t thank you enough.
Mariann B Green acres FL. I called July 1st for estimate for new HVAC They Sent Joseph C. He was so professional and nice. He made me understand everything they would do. They were the best out of 3 estimates and made me feel si comfortable about the company. He set my appt for July 3rd. I had questions after Joseph left my house. I called and he answered my calls immediately. He never made me feel like I was being a pain. July 3rd Patrick and Joel the installers came . They were wonderful. They worked so professionally and clean. They answered all my questions. They knew it was my first time buying a new AC . They were very informative and calm. They did a great job. My mother’s A/C broke and after waiting on other A/C companies to begin working on it…thankfully I found All Year Cooling and Michael Schaefer came right over and got to work. He was able to get the installation done by the next day and everything went smoothly. We felt we received a fair price and absolutely great service. Our a/c was not cooling and we called all year cooling for service since they originally installed our unit. Our appointment was set for 3pm but the tech was able to get to our home by 11am. Rudy was amazing, he was able to diagnose the issue right away and had the part in his vehicle. He replaced the capacitor in a few minutes and our home was cooling again. We have three children so our a/c is top priority. Thank you Rudy for taking care of our family!

Joe was an excellent consultant walked us through all the steps and answered all our questions. The technicians that came out were very efficient and very professional. The customer service was phenomenal in their response time in scheduling the techs to come out for thrash pick up and extension of the concrete slab. From the moment I called All Year Cooling and our technician Luis came in. He was on it and quickly determined the issue and he was extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. After he explained everything to me and showed me pictures I decided to have All Year Cooling to do the repairs and I was so impressed I signed up for a 3 year service plan. I received 4 bids to install a two-ton AC unit in my condo and decided to go with Allyear Cooling and Joe Nicolosi...and I'm very glad I did! Joe was very knowledgeable, professional and responsive. Answered all my questions and concerns. He's not pushy at all, which I appreciate. I never got the feeling I was getting BS. Joe did a great job scheduling the installers, ensuring proper permit was pulled, and working with my building engineer. The installers were on time and worked until the job was completed.
