Once Mr. Mario showed up he went over to check out my unit. Once the leak was detected he verified the serial number and informed me that I had one year left on the warranty. He excused himself and went to the vehicle to order the new part. He had me pay for half of the cost before he ordered the part then he explained that it might be until the following Wednesday before someone would contact me. He told me to call to verify the status of the part and when the technician would finish my repairs.

I was able to call in and get a next day appointment in the morning to fix an issue with my AC unit. It’s July and we live in South Florida. Floyd arrived promptly, immediately diagnosed the issue and had our AC back up and running in no time. He even gave me advice on how to prevent similar issues in the future. The Technician Joe Garzon . Replace my water heater and by doing this work he accidentally broke a pipe I needed to be replaced but never notify me this , he needed to come back another day. When I got home from work, I had to find out why my air condition was not working. No one told me from the office that this incident occur. I was left without Air Condition from June 30 and I am still waiting to have Air Condition in my appt on July 3 I will fine out when is this going to be resolved , this Company have no regard leaving me with air condition without notice I am 79 and I needed to make provisions No reason to recommended to my friend or family

We have a ac problem and the part was ordered but we were struggling with the heat and we spoke with home Depot Lejanis and she got in touch with the company that sent Herby and he temporarily get the ac working for us while we wait for the part to arrive. Herby was very clear and professional in explaining everything and he was very apologetic about the situation especially knowing how hot it was. And Herby also followed up a couple hours after leaving to make sure the ac was still working. We thank you Herby 🙏🙏

Tech with 9 years experience wouldn’t proceed with coil replacement that he said was needed until he got a 2nd opinion and showed me a picture of bad coil. He confirmed it was a bad coil. I called the company and the clerk who answered phone said all mgrs. were gone for holiday but someone will call me back. I certainly hope air america doesn’t jam me up with no cold air in July until after holiday weekend if they do that will be a very bad look for them unless they just don’t care.

the gentleman did a visual inspection and did not check with tools and voltage. no part replacement. he told me that he replaced a capacitor when it was wrong. I even asked Micheal to check the UV lamp. fortunately I noticed that the UV lamp was defective which I had replaced by one that I had already bought. he told me that everything is guaranteed and if there were any problems to contact you again. I find these comments inappropriate.
