I always use this company. They are small and family owned, and so easy to communicate with. They come right away, no run around and have always been able to diagnose issues and find solutions right away. Trust worthy and fair.

My air conditioning had stopped blowing cold air on a Sunday. I called and requested service, and even though it was a weekend, within an hour and a half Rodger was at my house and it was fixed! He was very friendly and professional. He explained what went wrong, and did the repair quickly. I will definitely be using this company for any future AC issues!
I was delightfully surprised. The price was fair, they were efficient, pleasant and you could see they wanted us to be pleased. I have recommended them to family and friends, and will continue to do so!!!!
I worked for this company 12 years ago.. Avoid using them at ALL COST!!! Poor quality of work and customer service... I know from first hand experience...
Great company to work with. They have installed full systems in 2 of my homes. Needed service and they were responsive and honored the warranty without me sayiasking. Fixed and all good Thank you AC Technologies and all the people.
Thought they were great when they installed my AC initially. Until I had an issue with a $13 part (compactor) that needed to be replaced 3 years later. I was outside the warranty for the labor (of course) but parts are covered by the manufacturer. They charged me $250 for a 15 minute visit. That’s $1000/hour. I could get cosmetic surgery for less. After fighting Heather, I got it down to $212.50. I guess that’s a steal at $850/hr to do a job anyone could do by watching a 3 minute YouTube video - I discovered after they left I could easily have done it myself. Do yourself a favor & hire an honest & affordable AC technician. That is what I’m doing now!
Horrible, terrible company to deal with. Please beware and check all reviews, which I did not! Heather, who I’m told is the owner, lies with no remorse.. On Routine maintenance check I was told my new unit they installed 2-1/2 yrs ago needed to have the a/c ducts replaced due to mold at a cost of $3,200. The next day they sent a parts guy to do a parts list and he checked and told me that it wasn’t mold, only dust, and wiped it away with his fingers. I got a second opinion from another company who confirmed my air ducts were fine. Heather lied and said she’d refund the $1,000 deposit they took immediately. After calling for three weeks and asking for verification that they processed my refund, she never once called back or sent any verification. How can you trust a company like that? Maybe they’re going downhill and trying to drum up business by scaring people into getting unnecessary work done. Terrible business practices. UPDATE TO RESPONSE FROM OWNER: Again more lies from this company. Twice I requested proof of their submitting a refund which I never received so I had to go through my credit card company to cancel the payment. Also your tech was told I already had the a/c ducts replaced less than 20 years ago so they are not original to the house.

AC Technology is the AC company that we are using now for over 12 years on several of our proprieties. The owners ( Matt and Heather) are nice , friendly and professional. We strongly recommend their business.

I can’t begin to tell you how terrible they are. 3 months and my ac is not working. Spent almost 4500 And still waiting. No more it’s my lawyers turn
We had 2 new four ton Trane units installed recently and we are extremely happy with the results. The team showed up on time, performed a complicated install including rebuilding a plywood stand in the garage. They also installed Trane wifi thermostats. We did not have the easiest installation and the guys remained dedicated and professional throughout. We have used other a/c companies in the past and have never been this happy with results. Recommend them without hesitation.
Very bad service, not recommend at all, I bought brand new Rheem Ac system from this company for my home, cost me $3450 on April 2018 with two years warranty for parts and labor, the AC started trun on and off after just couple months, I called the company to have them check the AC, they came and found the module inside the inside unit failed and need to be changed, they chaned it for me, then month later start leaking which cost me $500 to fix the under stairs storage changing all the draywalls, I called the company regarding this issue they changed the drain out line which was installed incorrectly, but the leaking start again couple days later, they came and changed the coil but the new coil they replaced with is larger and there is no filter fits this size of coils and there is still leaking. How could this possible. Almost all their technicians have visited my house to fix this problem as you see in the photos I posted, Long short story I asked them to change the entire unit because caused me so many troubles with less than a year, they said the factory won't change the unit has 3 major fails, I said there is always leaking inside my house because of this unit, there was a fail in the module and fail in coil what else you want guys to change the unit, specially the unit still under the warranty. I feel so sorry and sad to stuck with such a bad, unprofessional company, they stole my money and obviously they don't know what they are doing. I already filed a fraud compliant against this company so no one has the same bad experience I had with them.

I can't even call this a business. All they do is gauge how much money they can get out of you. They will tell you "you need a new unit" when you don't.Vultures. Any positive reviews are from family and friends. STAY FAR AWAY from these wannabe high class bums.
