I never leave reviews on anything, but the service I received this week from JD’s Heating and AC Inc was top notch. Basically as a new home owner, I was in such a panic that my AC had stopped working. I was scared that I would be ripped off when it came to the prices and what work actually needed to be done. I have heard and experienced horror Stories. Then Michael the technician came and not only fixed my ac, but explained the whole process and what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. He was very knowledgeable and assessed all the possibilities that could be the problem. He also educated me on maintaining my unit, which I appreciate. It’s very rare that you find a company or a person that doesn’t try to up sell you just to make more money. I felt comfortable and gained a level of trust with The technician and the company. JD’s heating and AC will now be my go to company for all my AC needs. I would highly recommend that you give them a call and a try for your AC needs as well. Definitely a 5 star company with 5 Star service.

Your company has been out here 3 times and you’v never missed a beat! You schedule timing is phenomenal! Within 1-3 days you’re here, investigate the problem, diagnose it and repair it! The last two times the problem was remedied and taken care of within 45 mins to an hour! Mike who was here this time had it all taken care of within and hour! He was great! Very personable and easy to talk to! Answered a few questions that I had as well! I notified Cinch warranty to 1. Refer them to any other A.C. Work for other customers (including myself) and to 2. keep J & D at the top of their referral list! I have your 2 numbers in my phone as well! Again, thanks a bunch! Take care and be safe! Tom Moran
Mike and one of his team members arrived on time and completed the routine maintenance that was scheduled this morning and I was very impressed. The job was done thoroughly and I felt very at ease as they both took necessary precautions to make me feel safe. I am really glad I stuck to my instinct of calling them since they were the ones that installed the new unit in my home before I moved in. I would definitely recommend JD's Heating & Air Conditioning if you are looking for a reliable, honest, and good communicating company for your HVAC needs. :) UPDATE: 12/1/2021 - Still HIGHLY recommend. This is by far, one of the best companies to work with and they do efficient and excellent work. Their communication is outstanding as well. I support small businesses and this one is stellar! If you are looking for an honest and fair HVAC company, look no further! UPDATE: 6/6/2023 - I honestly would only change my review if there were more stars to give. Every 6 months that I get my preventive maintenance, I am thoroughly impressed. Not only do they come to do the work, they are always so polite and easy to talk to. They text a reminder a couple of days ahead of the appt and then text an ETA of the day that they are to arrive. If anyone ever asks me about a heating and air company, I ALWAYS recommend JD's. They have fair pricing and are very thorough. Thank you!
Been with JD'S Heating & Air since 2007 when we purchased a new A/C for our condo. Still going strong by the way. All of my family uses them too for their yearly maintenance. Mike cares about his customers and is always very responsive and professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Technician came out to see what the issue was with the AC unit. He thoroughly inspected the unit both inside and outside and took his time. Found the issue and was able to give a better price estimate on the repair compared to another AC company.
Literally robbed me 235 to use air.

Almost 20 years ago, Mike came down to Indian River County to install a new Rheem A/C for me after a Hurricane. The A/C is still working. I've never had any maintenance done to it. All I've done is change out the filters regularly and put some white vinegar through the drain line once in awhile. I just wanted to say thanks to Rheem and Mike.

Mike and his helper were very professional and had a positive attitude. They did the annual maintenance on my Heat/AC unit and completed it within 35 minutes...THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I can’t thank JD’s Heating & A/C enough for making a difficult situation bearable. My compressor was down and I had to go several days without air conditioning (in Florida!) while the claim with my home services company went through. JD’s came out almost immediately, identified the issue (system was shot), and helped expedite the go-ahead to replace the compressor. Within a couple of days they delivered and installed it. Thanks to Mike and Mike, the house is cooling down now and I’m finally comfortable again!
