Nate was friendly and professional. He explained everything and very thorough. We called Ultimate and they were there in a half an hour. We could not believe it! Extremely good prices compared to other well known companies we have used. We joined their yearly service plan and feel very confident using Ultimate Homes and Cooling .Highly recommend!!

We have had two service calls in the last four days, still no cool air. We found Ultimate and received same day service, no waiting for service or parts. Ultimate correctly diagnosed and corrected the cooling issue immediately. Pricing was reasonable. Nate the technician was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient and didn’t leave a mess. We are glad we changed providers.

On Sunday night our AC QUIT!! I called Ultimate Homes and an Hour later they showed up and got our AC repaired.
Nate, my technician, was professional and very informative on recommendations. I purchased this home right before Hurricane Ian in 2022. In addition to routine maintenance, Nate identified that the air conditioner unit did not have Hurricane straps. After consultation with my neighbor, I felt the cost was reasonable for this task & worth bringing it up to code. It was EXTREMELY HOT outside. Despite that fact, Nate proceeded with this unplanned job without complaint. Nate took the time, too, to explain that a TP-5 Hard Wire unit was not necessary & removed that. Nate, being the face of your company to a new customer, was simply outstanding.
Richard and Josh, were absolutely wonderful to work with. They explained every single detail that was needed and what they were doing as they did it. Very professional, neat, polite and MASTERS at their job. Richard and Josh are excellent ambassadors for the company they represent.
Will recommend this company 100%! They informed me when they were on their way, showed up on time, and kept it honest the whole time. I realized how knowledgeable the technician was righaway. Oh, and fixed problem fast.
Could not be happier with Rodney and his company. Our air conditioner broke down in July in Florida. We called Rodney and within 2 hours his technicians were at our house. Pricing was fair and competitive. Also, as a veteran family we like that we’re working with a veteran-owned company. Highly recommend!
