Was 30 early compared to when I was told would arrive! Goodbye window air units!
Caleb was professional and knowledgeable and provided 2 great options. The installers Adam and Rocky were the same. We decided on the more expensive option as it is better value for us in the long run. Bosch 18.5 seer variable speed heat pump will cut our electric bills, 10 year parts AND labor warranty and $2,000 tax credit. Can't beat that!
The two guys that worked here were fantastic. They went over and above to make sure that my air conditioner was put in correctly and fitted perfectly. I highly recommend them.

We have been very happy Non Stop Air! Small biz is the only way to go when you want personal service and calls back from the owner and people that worked with you. Jacob came out right away and gave us options and prices on the spot. Caleb answers calls personally and calls back quickly. Pure Air waited a week to even get us a price to fix our system due to the holiday - in Florida in May plus they were more expensive. So if you don’t want to sit in a hot box home for a week, this is the company to call! We did have to wait a few days for a system but we knew it was coming. They went out of there way to go and pick it up from Tampa. Since we are also in the trades, we know how important this type of personal touch and sense of urgency is!
