St Claire’s Custom Air scheduled time to fix my ac unit within 23 hours of my call. They arrived promptly and fixed the problem the same day! Very polite and responsive staff!
My name is Tim and I needed a new ac unit. I did my due diligence and researched for the best in the industry. I reached out to American standard, they gave me a number to there top preferred dealer in my area ( St Clair’custom air (Greg) very knowledgeable! We discussed all my options. We went with the best ( 4ton platinum series. Cost was almost doubled. What it cost for a lower end unit. Have you ever heard the phrase (you get what you pay for?) The longevity of the unit, warrantees, and the cost savings in your electric bill. Greg YOU DA MAN! Job well done. Special thanks to Danny who installed the unit!

They had repaired my old unit several times finally it gave out called them about a new system they sent out all the information about the new systems right away we picked out the new one and they gave us a timeframe to replace it they were able to replace the whole system in about half a day We are very pleased with the results and we would recommend them to all our friends Thank you for your professional job

The job was done perfectly and resolved our ac issue.
At 6pm, our air conditioning stopped working. After searching on Google, I came across St. Clair's Custom Air and gave them a call. Around 45 minutes later, their technician called back to confirm and arrived promptly before 7pm. They diligently worked on our unit until around 10pm. From the moment I made the initial call to the completion of the repair, the service provided by St. Clair's Custom Air was exceptional. I am extremely satisfied with their service and want to express my gratitude to everyone at St. Clair's Custom Air.

St Clair's Custom Air is fantastic. They are professional, timely and reasonably priced. Our house wasn't staying as cool as it should. They came out right away and resolved a few minor issues which had caused the problem. Very happy with the service received and will continue to use St Clair's Custom Air. Highly recommend for any AC issues.
Would not provide emergency service on my AC over weekend because I have a warranty company. Would provide emergency service during the week for an additional $170 fee plus $100 service call. Pathetic!

Taran Trantham arrived when he was scheduled to, checked the entire system, troubleshot and pinpointed the problem, explained the problem and how long it would take to repair the leak and recharge the system and how much it would cost. Taran was very helpful in fixing the problem and explaining everything in a courteous and professional manner. I was very pleased with his service.
Awesome experience with St. Clair's. Our AC was out and 1 call to St. Clair's solved the problem. The repairman showed up about an hour after I called. He went to work an the AC was working again in no time, like it was new and it hasn't quit since!
St. Claire’s communicated with me very well, respected the property and we’re highly professional. Marc communicated very well the time the technician would be there and when they finished. We will continue using them for all of our HVAC needs going forward. The second time we had an issue, we weren’t even home and they notified us that our system was shut down (via home diagnostics), they went out and serviced, sent us a bill through text message and we couldn’t be happier with their service.
Sr Clairs has installed and maintained our equipment for 7 years. There service is top notch and when there is a problem, we can count on them to be very responsive.
Always polite always do a great job. I totally recommend these guys.
