This company stands above the others in the heating and cooling business. They showed up on time, they were professional, they offered help or information about the a/c unit. All around exceptional service. Ben was friendly courteous young man. My husband and I are very pleased with their service. I have recommended to others on the Island.
My ac went out about 3 or 4 am. I contacted Southwest at around 7 am and my house was cool by around 930 am the same day! Who does that? SOUTHWEST HEATING AND COOLING.
We have had a great experience with the installation of a new AC system (16 seer and 3 ton handler) and also with the preventive maintenance.
Angel was very thorough. He even took the time to explain to me how to flush out my system between maintenance sessions! I thought that was so thoughtful. He showed me how to order my filters from Amazon which will make my life so much easier👍 Angel did an amazing maintenance service call 👌😃
They arrived over an hour earlier than anticipated, which was very nice. The gentleman was incredibly professional, polite, and well mannered. He informed me of everything that was happening, what he was doing to correct the issue and what I can do on my own to help prevent future problems. Nothing I like more than is someone educating me on how I can improve things. Definitely would recommend.
Call to schedule an appointment to check out my wine fridge. I note that it is probably low on refrigerant. While the tech is knowledgeable and looks at the equipment, they do not carry the refrigerant needed to resolve the matter. Still charge for the service. Yes, I am not a technician, and I supposed it was low on refrigerant, but I needed resolution. Now waiting another week for another company to fix the matter. Update..It was R134a refrigerant. The same for many cars. You can find it at most auto parts stores.
Called this company for a quote on a commercial install. They have you jumping through hoops and wasting your time. There are many a/c companies around that can do the job and get you a proper quote without feeling frustrated. So unprofessional.

Really went out of their way to schedule a return service I had pre-paid for. I had lost my phone and when it was found again there were over a dozen calls over the course of 2 months of Southwest trying to honor their twice yearly maintenance agreement. Kudos to you guys! Speaks volumes to me.
Have used SW twice. Can’t be more pleased with quality of service received. Both Joe and Eric were professional in appearance and thoroughly knowledgeable. They both arrived early and performed their service in a way I would expect of an HVAC technician, but have yet to experience with other companies I have used. Yes, our AC unit is old, but their objective was to service our unit and not to sell me a new unit. They were recommended to me by someone in the home service industry and I would recommend them to anyone who asks

We have nothing but praise for your company. With two little ones in the house, your company replied right away to our service. Our old unit lasted 18 years, but needless to say, it was time for a new one. Your company was exceptional to work with. You gave us options of different financing opportunities, and quotes for different systems, with no pressure on which one to choose. Your gentleman arrived on time, the next day and was meticulous, respectful, and a pleasure to work with. They cleaned up the area beautifully and did a wonderful job of installing our new system. They even spent time after working all day to explain and program our new thermostat. It is so refreshing to see such a caring company and professionalism in this day in age. Thank you to Travis and his team for taking such good care of us. We would recommend you all to anyone.

Wonderful experience! Our AC unit went out in the evening, it was original to our house, almost 16 years old. We were referred to SWHC. They were able to come out next day and get us a new unit installed the next day! Their installers were at our home first thing in the morning. They did a fantastic job!!! We now have them doing 6mo maintenance. Thanks so much for not only being responsive, but your staff was incredibly professional. Great business.
We have been using Southwest Heating & Cooling for several years and the service is always spot on. They do excellent work. They replaced our a/c unit last year and we are so happy with it. All of the technicians are excellent workers, and are very thorough. They arrive on time and are very respectful of property.
