Their team of experienced technicians are outstanding, and I endorse using their services.
Our company Wrightway Restoration uses SWFL Air exclusively. The techs are always on time and professional. The technicians take great care and wear booties inside the home. We will be using SWFL on every job that requires a/c work or maintenance.
I would recommend Southwest Air to anyone looking for a new company when you call them they don’t make you wait they are courteous clean and on time ,you don’t have to look any further just call Southwest,I have been dealing with southwest for over 6 years Mike & Chris really know how to run a business. I have recommended numerous people to them and have received great feed back. Give them a shot, I believe you will be very happy. They never make their customers wait. I would highly recommend to sign up for the AC service program, you don't have to worry about calling them, they will call you to book an appointment, And you will be amazed at all of the things they do and check.
Very pleased with the maintenance performed today! Izaiha is an excellent service technician, I was impressed with his knowledge and attention to detail - He explained everything that he was doing and why. I highly recommend for your central air needs.
They did a great job installing my new a/c compressor in a timely manner. Chris even did some repair work on my thermostat after noticing the prior installation was done improperly. Great job all around! Will be using them again in the future.
I am very happy with the new Air Conditioning system installed by SW Florida Air Quality. I got the high efficiency Trane Hyperion Air Handler which is the latest design with modular cabinet with tough, double-wall construction. Outside, I got the new style Trane Condenser which the neighbors will love since it is extra quiet, if they were ever home. It is a bigger size, to be more energy efficient and a very impressive looking machine. The entire job, including removal of old and installation of new took less then a day since everything was on time, very clean, well organized and professional. They came in and laid down paper to protect the floors and were very careful moving equipment in and out. Mike and the crew were very friendly and courteous and certainly were experts at what they were doing.
Great experience. Called on a Saturday and Chris showed up the same day. He quickly diagnosed the issue and also recommended a few repairs without the sales pitch. Let me know does not need to be done and what can be repaired in the future. He did a great job explaining everything and made sure he cleaned up any mess he made. I highly recommend!
AC in rental not working. Called and they came out next day. Chris was pleasant and professional. Installed new AC unit in 2 days! Appreciate the fast and courteous service. Reasonably priced.

Southwest Florida Air did an excellent job repairing our AC when it went down last summer. They had it up and running quickly, and when our part came in were prompt in returning to install it. Their price was $600 lower than the other company we contacted first, who also never bothered to get our AC running so we would have been sweating for months. I am very pleased with Southwest Florida Air.
After Hurricanes Ian we had severe damage to our HVAC system and was even lifted off the concrete block and wires were mangled. They were here within 24 hours and fixed it and fixed it right the first time. Highly recommend!

Great service and honest facts about our current A/C system. Although a new system was recommended, he was not pushy about selling us one and was more than willing to solve the issue(s) to get the A/C up and running. When the time finally comes to get a new system, we'll be calling SWFL Quality Air!

After Ian, when two other HVAC companies quoted me a new system, Mike and his team took the time to diagnose the problem, obtain the parts and fix it immediately. And at a fair price. His team is courteous, knowledgeable and experienced.
Last summer I had problems with my AC and the time I was recuperating in the hospital from a heart attack and stroke. My wife and daughter were at home my Normal AC man was not available. I called SW AIR explained the problem and they came out to assist. The AC blowers were out of stock and Sw air drove to Naples to get a unit. Though my unit was still in warranty the part was not available. The Svc tech improvised so that we had AC. They spend quite a bit of time to assist my family. They called to say when they would be there and they were there. Very punctual and neat in their work. SW AIR was a blessing to my family. I would highly recommend them. MG
