Great service. Called and Ken responded immediately. Fixed our problem very quickly. Very fair pricing. Ken spoke to us for a few minutes and was very personable. Would highly recommend.

Guys were on time and very friendly and professional. I am new to Florida and unfamiliar with having an AC system. My A/C went out in a storm, the thermostat not working. Of course it was a Friday night. By Monday morning, I was hot and desperate, google searched and called Security Heating and Air because they were open early! I spoke with Bill, who was very sympathetic and said they would get out there as soon as possible, even though they were very busy. Well, his son Ken got out that afternoon, and of course, I have a very high tech system that needs a special thermostat. They called me within an hour, told me they were very sorry about how much it was going to cost but that’s how much it was. Gave me option to go direct to the dealer, etc. I stuck with them, they were out the next day, thankfully it was only the thermostat that was faulty. They apologized the entire time about how much the thermostat cost, but their customer service was above and beyond. They knew I had been with AC for 5 days and did everything in their power to get me up and running quickly. I would highly recommend this family owned and run business for all your air conditioning and heating needs. They are reliable and honest.
This company is outstanding. We have used them for years and have found them to be fair and honest. They have gone above and beyond as far as service. When we had an issue with an older system, they came out on a holiday to get the system working. When we decided to replace the older unit, their price was excellent, the work was excellent, and the replacement was seamless. I know that I can always count on Security Air to take care of any of my air conditioning needs. I will NEVER use another company and would recommend them to anyone.
Prompt and courteous, called and arrived when they said they would. Gave me honest information and different options for servicing/repairing my A/C. Will absolutely use them in the future.
