After having another service over and costing $609, Schultz AC came over found the issue and repaired for $175. Very happy with the prompt, no nonsense approach!!!!
This is a family business who have been around for a very long time. I have done business with them for donkeys years. They are quite economical and very helpful, knowledgeable, and definitely know the business every which way. You can't go wrong with their service. That's if you're not a disagreeable, cranky, rude person.

My parents used Schultz AC for many years while they were living, and they recommended the service to me after I bought my home in Fort Myers in 2015. I only call Schultz AC for all my AC needs, including the installation of a new system about 3 years ago. They’re very friendly and responsive and make me feel like a valued customer every time I call. I highly recommend Schultz AC to anyone who asks me for a referral.
Prompt, found problem, I new there was a $175.00 charge, was not notified that charging up system would be another $300.00 + before doing so. Now we wait and see if it leaks again... probably more expenses to come. ARG.
I have been extremely pleased with Schultz A/C since Day1 of contacting their office. Ashley and Julia were extremely helpful and professional. When my A/C system completely shut down during the summer of 2021 my tenants were without A/C for ONLY a period of 10 days. Even though supply and demand was rough during Covid, Schultz had my new system installed and running in a timely fashion. Since then, I have used their company for cleanings & maintenance and would recommend them in a heartbeat!

WE received a new AC system. Old wall unit ac taken down and new ac on the ground installed along with outside duct work. They are very professional. They did an excellent job. I would highly recommend using them. Very reliable company. Communication with them is great and they really know what they are doing. We are extremely satisfied with the work they did for us. It is a great company.
