AL did me good , great guy . I highly recommend this company.
From the very first day the New ac did not work properly. The Set Temperature of 76 degrees never was reached. Today it did not Go under 85 degrees. Since September 2021 it did not work. It Was installed in April 2021 and first used in in September 2021 because we were not allowed to come over becausr of covid. We are So dissapointed!

Infinite Air installed a new A/C system at my condo. It worked ok. A few months later when the condo was selling, I found out that Infinite had not read the very clear sign at the condenser pad, which stated that A/C contractors must check with the HOA for specs on condenser size and placement requirements. They had sold me the wrong equipment because they didn't check with the HOA. They said they would take care of it, but when it turned out to not be an easy fix, they said it was my problem, and gave me their lawyer's name and number. I wonder why a reputable company would have a lawyer apparently standing by? They almost cost me the sale of the condo. Fortunately, Weather Control A/C stepped in and saved the day. To sum up, Infinite Air ripped me off, kept the money, and refused to make their mistake right. They are CROOKS.
Stay far away from this company, unless you like throwing money away. They installed inferior equipment, and then cut us loose when called on it. They did not stand behind their work or their product! There was no negotiating. Infinite Air pretended that they would make it right (for a little while), but when they realized it would cost them money to fix their mistake, we were referred to their lawyer. That was it!
