Excellent service. Provided a new Rheem AC unit. Price was reasonable, installers were very efficient and professional. Only 2 day wait time.
Been using them for 5 years in different homes Reliable and nice work. Installed fantastic whole home water filter. Highly recommended in cape coral
Excellent, prompt service. GP handles our hvac & plumbing woes fast and reasonably. We have a service contract on two a/c units and their regular and emergency services have saved us from disaster and discomfort more than a few times over the many years our family members have used them.
They charge up front Serv call + 1 hour labor. Expensive but I have to say the following. The issue cost was over 1800. I had 1800 in cash and offered remaining 50 plus in plastic or check . Gentleman called the head honcho and cleared me for 1800 even. That's a meaningful gesture to me. He had trouble finishing the same day ( old unit) so informed me the part will be worked on in their shop and by morning new part installed. I expected to be charged for morning labor too. But was NOT. I commend this company's conduct. For some of us little things like that mean a TON. On a side note- day prior with different company I was quoted several thousand to fix broken air conditioner and supposed issue was different then what GP found. Recommended for professionalism and those little things that still make us hope that humanity is not dead...yet. :)
I was using this company to service my old conditioner so when I needed a new unit I had them install one. Problems from Day 1. Installers did not speak English and the supervisor left. We asked that they hook up the emergency drain. Using google translate they told us we did not need that hooked up. Unit leaked and ruined my garage ceiling. They "fixed" it. Failed inspection. They fixed it failed inspection again. Owner of company implied that we were sabotaging the unit. Terrible experience. Go somewhere else.
GP Plumbing installed a new hot water heater and a new toilet in my master bath. They were professional, on time, personable, extremely clean and efficient with both installations. I could not be happier. The office staff is also friendly, kind and respectful. I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs.
Guy (owner of GP) came out one day to provide options on a failed tankless water heater. We came to an agreement and he was out there the next morning (on-time) and installed a new water heater within 45 minutes. Great price. Great value. Very professional. I'll not go anywhere else for my plumbing needs. Thanks, GP Plumbing!
Needed a new water heater. GP Plumbing was readily available to schedule my replacement. Mike reviewed the installation process, cleaned up and made sure everything was in working order before he left. Thanks for the great service, Mike!
Ryan came out to replace the motor for our AC and service our HVAC and was super professional and pleasant. He explained was the issue was and provided solutions. Very nice experience.
Ryan from GP’s service dept came out and did thorough check up of our HVAC system. And took the time to educate me on the items that I should keep an eye on during the hot summer months. Would definitely recommend Ryan & GP Plumbing & AC to anyone in Cape Coral.
Ryan came to my home today within one hours time of GP plumbing being notified. He was professional, pleasant, and explained everything that he was repairing on my AC unit. I was very satisfied with his service. Thank you very much, Ryan
GP Plumbing and Air Conditioning has taken care of my Air Conditioning unit for about 6 years. I have an annual maintenance contract so see them twice a year. They are honest, trustworthy and friendly. Ryan come out today, and once again was so helpful and patient, and taught me some additional maintenance tricks to keep the unit running smoothly. He is very knowledgeable, and I appreciate him taking the time to answer any questions I have. Great locally owned company
Ryan came out from GP Plumbing and Air Conditioning and did a very professional job both quickly and efficiently. He also tutored us on the unit which was very much needed. Ryan is top notch. Thank you. Steve Dowd
Ryan did a great job of installing our Reme-LED purifier today. He was friendly, pleasant and extremely professional. His work was done efficiently and effectively. Thanks for your great service, Ryan!
G.P. has provided both AC/heat pump and plumbing service for my home. The service personnel were friendly, professional, responsive to my needs, and always on time. I highly recommend them to anyone needing these services. They are all outstanding at what they do...a real team!
I have used GP Plumbing and Air conditioning multiple times within the last year and have been very pleased with the customer service and technicians that have worked at my home. They have installed an AC unit, water heater, filtration system and most recently changed all the floats, valves, and handles in all of our toilets. I could not be happier with the work. I will be using them for all my AC and plumbing work. Tim H.
Living in Cape Coral we needed a whole house water conditioning system. Being that we used GP in the past for a new pool heater and other plumbing maintenance we called them for their opinion. We spent some time on the phone and two days later they were there for the install. Their team is extremely professional , clean, on time and extremely competent plus their pricing is very competitive Thanks GP
Had 2 new a/c units installed in last 2 years. ($11,000) The company came out for a maintenance service and the fan motor went out that night. This unit is just shy of 2 years old. Seems suspicious right? When we called to inform them, we were told it would be $680 to install the new motor and that Air conditioners just aren’t built like they used to be. I had another company install the motor at a cheaper price. I asked GP for a refund for the unused portion of the maintenance and was told that there probably would be none left over and that they would not honor it once another company put their hands on the unit. We have had drainage issues with the other unit since installation. This unit is just 1 1/2 years old. Even under the warranty period they wanted high service fees to come and service the unit. It initially took4 or 5 inspections from the city to approve the permits. I just had a unit installed at our home from GP last week ($7000) and it appears to be the same model as the first unit with the bad fan motor. I wish I would have never let them install any units. There are companies out there that will stand behind their products and work and this is not one of them.
GP installed a new AC system for me in my home in Cape Coral. They worked with my schedule to get my system installed when I needed it. Their customer service was excellent - they responded to any issue I had promptly and professionally. I highly recommend.
I purchased a new HVAC unit through GP this summer after my old one had quit. I was happy with the initial service and install but obviously have up until now only had need for A/C. With this recent cold spell the temperature in our townhouse dropped to 67 so I set the thermostat to heat up to 72. It sounded like the heat had kicked in yet after an hour or so the temp had not changed. I contacted the answering service on the weekend to inform them and they told me it would cost $135 to send someone out to look at it and $135 per hour for labor. I expected, after spending over $5k for the unit that they would have wanted to make sure the unit/thermostat, and installation were working properly and under warranty, but she insisted that service was not covered. After some attempts to get the matter clarified, they continue to insist on the charges even though the unit is covered under a one year service agreement. Not only did they not stand behind their original products and work, but they treated me rudely and disrespectfully when I tried to call the original salesman to verify the circumstances and insist that they stand behind their work and product. He reprimanded me for calling him directly, and told me to call on Monday morning to arrange for a service call. Not only did he treat me like someone who was trying to get something for nothing when I called on Saturday, when I called again this morning and started to talk to the woman in the office, he interrupted my conversation with her, and rudely, told me they knew all about it and I'd have to pay the $95. service call fee for a weekday service call. I may need to pay the service fee to get my brand new unit working properly, but I would NEVER do business again with a company that treats their good customers with such a lack of appreciation. Good customers are easier to keep, than to find. Update: I was finally able to get the company to send someone to check it out. After a couple of hours they had replaced the
