We bought our system two years ago and have had a few issues with the unit shutting off unexpectedly. Because we had a service call and repair on this same issue a few months ago, we were not charged for this visit, which is appreciated.

Eric did a great job diagnosing and fixing the problem with our A/C. He cleared the condensation drain installed our Nest thermostat. He was professional, efficient, and courteous!
This company has technicians that know what they are doing and do it quickly, to get any A/C issue resolved. Very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Customer service is always a pleasure to talk to and easy to deal with I would recommend them to anyone.

After years of dealing with various A/C companies it feels wonderful to finally have found a trustworthy company. From Kelly in the office to technicians that have helped us out we have finally found a company we will keep with. Update: We needed to replace our ductwork and received a range of quotes and we decided to stay with Florida Cooling Solutions. We are so glad that did. Eric, Vinny and Gene did an excellent job with the installation. We have an older home so of course a couple of unexpected issues cropped up. The problems were immediately addressed and we were kept informed of the situation. Product knowledge, communication and integrity seem to be at the core of this company and as a customer this is very much appreciated. We are very happy with the final result which went beyond our expectations.
