Had a quote done in Dec 2021. Never accepted the quote or singed off on anything. Went to sell my home and they pulled a permit Dec 2022. Stalled my home sale for 6 weeks now due to the permit cancel they submitted after I called and complained takes forever. Below response is inaccurate. I keep all my emails, never sent a response via email for acceptance or ever responded to email. When I called to have the surprise permit canceled they apologized and stated they jumped the gun even. Smh....
We had the A/C system replaced. We purchased the First Class energy efficiency system. The guys who installed were did a great job.
It’s in their name, First Class! They reconfigured and replaced our aging, poorly engineered duct work and system. Before we had hot and cold rooms in our house. After is amazing, every room is the same temp. System is operating more efficiently. Highly recommend!!!

AC worked perfectly fine when they got here. They just came out for routine maintenance. They left and the AC didn’t work. If this is what you call FIRST CLASS then I want coach! This is trash! Second time out today and STILL doesn’t work! PATHETIC!
My A/C was broken and they came out to fix it but when they left and said it was fixed it still didn’t work. American Mechanical came out and actually fixed the problem. They were also more reasonably priced.
The team at First Class is "First Class"! Eric was honest and great at explaining what was wrong and double checking other potential trouble areas related that might cause an issue! They did such a great job we signed up for the regular service. Honest company doing quality work!

The fan outside stopped working. This has happened before and I was able to fix the issue by installing a new capacitor on my own, but this time it didn't fix the problem. I called another company prior to contacting First Class, but didn't get an answer. My call got answered right away with First Class. Both phone reps (the names escape me, apologies ladies) were very polite and professional. They were able to get their guys out to my house the same day. Frank Rivera & another technician (his name escapes as well apologies) were on time and very professional. Frank quickly assessed the issue and was able to address it with skill and precision the same day. My family and I are grateful to have found such a professional and competent company. I only make reviews unless I genuinely have something to say good or bad. This company is definitely one of the good ones as far as I'm concerned.
