Had them out in Feb to service unit. They had installed for previous owner. AC failed in June, CSS didn't answer phone. Called another company that we had previously used. They came out in six hours. Drain for AC had never been cleaned in Feb. Also, the unit CSS sold to previous owner was too big for the home. CSS is not dependable at best.
Had used fir several years. Tried to contact them regarding excessive noise after service. Unable to reach them
Craig was our technician. He was on time and promptly completed his work. He explained everything to me so I could understand. A/C works great. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
The technician (Dwight) that responded was very talkative and friendly. I would definitely use them again.

CSS Air Conditioning is just wonderful! They are prompt and courteous. I always refer them anytime someone asks me what company I use.
On a very hot summer night I woke up to no A/C, I called CSS and their service technician came right over. He quickly fixed my air conditioner and my house was cool again. I cant thank CSS enough for their quick response.

Would not recommend! After two attempts to fix our air conditioner and paying them $600 we ended up getting a different company out to give us a new blower mower which is what we needed all along. After both attempts to fix the issue we had to call them a third time and they seemed like they didn't want to come out. The new company came out diagnosed within 10 minutes and had it fixed within 2 hours.
