UPDATE: The owner came into my business the very next day and we discussed what went wrong, this issue was not on Butler Air but a now defunct roofing company Campbell Roofing, they had removed the AC units and redid the roof and reinstalled them improperly. Corey, the owner of Butler was awesome and offered to make everything right even though I realize he did nothing wrong. I’m now using Butler Air for all my HVAC needs both commercial and residential, for a representative of a company to come in THE VERY NEXT DAY after a review to explain in detail what happened during the busyness construction aftermath of Ian speaks volumes to the character and integrity of this business. You guys are awesome! Stay far away from this company, they did not secure our AC units (that they just installed with a whole new system on 5 units) and used scrap materials to hold up our business roof mounted. What a hack job and total rip-off, I’m surprised they’re still in business…
There are a lot of A/C companies out there but what sets Butler Air Solution apart from all the rest is that they take the time to personally service their customers. The owner Kodi Butler, took the time to help me when my A/c just stopped working by walking me through step by step how to get my A/C working again. Instead of coming out after hours and charging me overtime rate, he personally took time on the phone to help me so I could be comfortable for the night and then schedule a service call for the very next day. That’s going above and beyond to service your customers. When his team came out to service my unit, they were not only on time but they were early. They were extremely professional and fixed my problem and then provided a maintenance service for me as my house was going up for sale and they didn’t want me to have any issues for potential buyers. Unbelievable, that they were proactive on a service call. That’s personal service that’s makes Butler Air Solutions a five star company and I would never use anyone else!

Shannon you did a phenomenal job walking my boyfriend through the steps on how to drain and how to maintain our drainline from being 3 HRS AWAY! THANK YOU! I am now writing this review in bed with ICE COLD A/C && a happy husky with a content sleeping child! 😍 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! 🙌🏻

I called Butler on a Monday morning for a plugged drain on my AC and was pleasantly surprised that I would be able to get same day service, especially on a Monday. Kodi came out and looked at my older system and invited me up to the attic to look at years of neglect from other companies who I had paid to service the unit. Kodi arrived promptly, addressed the issues, didn't use any high pressure sales/scare tactics and charged me a very reasonable rate for the work that had been done. After living in SWFL for the last 10 years, I can attest that these are hard to find traits with some local AC companies. I will hire them again and if you need anything AC related i would recommend you give them a call.
Kodi and Shannon are the best examples of a small business exceeding expectations. Love ya guys!

Butler Air services our business' extremely large commercial a/c units. Kodi is always willing to solve problems, no matter the size. They are quick to respond and easy to deal with. This prompted me to call them for my personal equipment when my pool heater went out. Realizing they are not in the pool business but the equipment is similar, I was just looking for guidance as I was not getting good or any guidance from "pool repair specialists". After working a FULL day, Kodi and Shannon came out to my house around 8:30 in the evening to look at my pool heater, IN THE DARK by flashlight. Kodi gave a diagnosis and says, "I can handle this for you if you want". My surprised look, I said perfect. Three days later, I was sitting in my hot tub at 104 degrees. Side note: I had contacted 3 pool equipment repair companies to look pool heater. One charged me $100 to come out and determine he would need to send another technician to look at it to figure it out. Another just quoted me replacement cost before coming to diagnose the problem and the third, I still haven't heard back from & this was 3 months ago! Recommend highly BUTLER AIR SOLUTIONS!
I called at 9am this morning because my air stopped working. By Noon we were back up and blowing cold air. Butler Air is the BEST !!! Thank you guys!!
