I’ve been using American Mechanical for over two years. They have installed new ac unit a while back and have since been providing maintenance for the 3 ac units. The entire staff is super knowledgeable, honest and efficient. Their pricing is always fair.
I inquired about getting an estimate online or via a chat. I received a timely estimate that was better than two other estimates that I received. We scheduled the work in a reasonable amount of time. Baron Price arrived on time, was interested in his work, friendly, productive and great to work with. He was a great rep for your company. I was recommended to you all by a neighbor.

I was pleased with the instulation and the quality of the HVAC system. The job was done in timely manner. The installers cleaned up compleatly and were curtious. The quote was not the lowest therefor 4 stars. I was impressed with the way the company rep delt with the issues I raised and the quality of the product.
American Mechanical no matter day or night, whenever I call they are always there for me. Doug was sent to do some work on my system. He always does a great job. Very efficient. Treats your AC system like its his own. When the work is done he completely cleans up and you wouldn't even know he was there.
Tyler was professional and took time to explain things, he was a nice young man. Great eye contact and strong handshake which is hard to find these days. Hope he continues to service my equipment.

My SWFL HVAC SYSTEM was saved by them and so was my wallet! They could have offered to replace the entire unit as others had for a very hefty price! Instead, they found the problem was a bad motor and they replaced it and cleaned up the mess left by the former tech! They literally saved me $8000 and I am so grateful! In addition, Their Preventive Maintenance is awesome! Doug went above and beyond to clean filters that appear to never have been cleaned by prior tech service. Clean and neat and yes, responsive! These are the good guys! I recognize quality because I come from a family that owned an HVAC business back home! I am blessed to have looked for that second opinion and found American Mechanical!

Tyler Hallman did a terrific job replacing the air return duct on our system and problem solving to get our unit functioning again. This is the second time we have used your company and will continue to due to the friendly and competent staff.
