Called Affordable after the AC line backed up. The tech (Donny) came out all the from Charlotte to Cape Coral in the evening and unblocked the line and sprayed the coil. He also installed a T joint to assist with keeping line open. Very professional and responsive
They have been our AC co.pany since 2018. They have been so good, since the new management took over. They are responsive and do quality work.

I returned home after being away for a couple weeks. My air conditioning unit was not running. I called Affordable Air & Plumbing and a real person answered the phone and offered to have a technician out within the hour. Billy troubleshot the problem, fixed it and cleaned the coils. He was friendly and efficient.
The tech arrived on time and was informative about the process of fixing my a/c unit. He checked on coolant pressure and fan speeds. He seemed very efficient.

I had a scheduled regular A/C maintenance a week prior and the tech immediately noticed considerable rust on my water heater. So today, I had a new one installed. Chris the technician was awesome!! So polite , knowledgeable and professional. Gave me some valuable tips for the future I was very impressed and appreciate his advice. I would highly recommend Affordable Air in the future.
I had to have a new AC system installed. Unfortunately for me, this happened during a hot stretch of weather and over the weekend. But they prioritized my job, came right away on monday morning and got to work. Carlos and Angel arrived early and eager to work. One got to work inside, the other, outside. They completed the job so efficiently, I was really impressed. Not to mention it was raining on and off all morning and sometimes pouring down hard. It didn't stop them from wanting to get the job done. I'm happy to say that me and my family have a nice comfortable, cool, house and look forward to years of efficient cooling. Thank you!
