I should first state I don't really ever give out 5 stars so you really gotta change my life or teach me something I didn't know to earn that. With that said. Here is an honest review. From the start, I was a little apprehensive, after there was no answer to the phone number between 9-10 am. I did not leave a message. However, I received a call back less than an hour later from someone who called themselves Joe. They asked if I still needed service, I explained the situation and he said Marsha would call me soon and get me in the list. I received a call within a reasonable amount of time and was scheduled for 12-4pm the same day. The service tech was polite and courteous. I explained the problem and they went above and beyond and did a full service on the unit outside and checked a very hard to reach unit in an attic crawl space. After cleaning the pan and flushing the drip line, the air was blowing much cooler and keeping up with thermostat. He even cut and extended my drip line further from the house and higher off the ground with no additional charge other than the service call fee. I would definitely recommend. Our tech called himself Willy and I would ask for him again if I needed repairs. Thanks again. Good luck.

Rheem recommended A/C Joe to repair our air handler. However, after going over the repair to the unit with the technicians, we decided it was better to replace it. We quoted a couple other companies, but A/C Joe gave us the best price and installation date. The installation techs were on time, professional, and cleaned up the work area when they were done. We've been happy with the new unit and recommend A/C Joe.

This place have stood me up over and over again! I have communicated 15 times. Even with the owner and they still STOOD ME UP! The lady who answers the phone is sooooo rude! She does not care! They gave me a quote for an entire replacement without even steping foot inside!
They damaged my 2015 Corvette as the filtration system fell on my car. The tech DUCT TAPED IT!!! The tech came out and photographed the damage and agreed that this was wrong!!! I have spent thousands of dollars with this company ‘21 before Ian. I thought I had a good relationship with them and they seriously disappointed me with the lack of their professionalism and completing jobs. I would never recommend them to anybody and I would never recommend anybody using them. They are horrible and never complete when they promise!! I have contacted my attorney and going forward with the US Attorney General’s Office for review. PLEASE FIND ANOTHER COMPANY, as they will screw you over!! Find another company!!
PRICE GOUGING!!!! This company was refusing to honor my warranty. I had to have Rheem get involved. Even after he was refusing to contact me for a refund. They are the WORST and unprofessional company in Lee County and will rip people off. They are being reported to not only the state but I am filling a law suit against them.
If I could give it a zero I would. Terrible customer service. The technicians are friendly and knowledgeable but the office manager doesn't schedule appointments as she should especially if you are under warranty.
