No Air Conditioning! What a problem when it's over 95 degrees outside. We phoned a nation wide carrier as well as Huggins Heating & Air Inc. Huggins returned our call immediately. We never heard from the national company. Huggins was able to provide service within a few hours. They were completely professional, explained everything. Their communication with text messaging letting us know where they were and when they would arrive was so great to receive. My husband spend over 40 yrs as a manager in the Heating and Air Conditioning business up in NJ. He let our serviceman, Bryce, know what a professional job he did. He diagnosed the issue and was ready to fix immediately. He also provided some suggestions on keeping the system running efficiently. Bryce was excellent in his customer service and made us feel really great about Huggins and their service. Bravo to a wonderful company. You have just earned a life-long customer!!!
Huggins truly saved the day! Our AC broke while we were away at work and our poor pets were miserable. One call to Huggins and they had a tech on the way within an hour. In 30 minutes cold air was flowing again! They will be my go-to from now on!
Robert did a fantastic job! Was super friendly and polite. Sometimes when you invite people into your home you feel uncomfortable since they’re strangers but he was so personable it felt like talking to friends. He double checked his work which was good because we would’ve had to call back as soon as he left since we had a double short in the line that was hard to see. He didn’t give up and just bandaid the problem. I know for sure in future services I’ll be asking for him to come back out. Oh most important thing is they showed up within 3 hours of me calling saying there was a problem on our unit that was just two years old they installed themselves.
They helped me out on short notice as we prepared for a 4th of July party. Both Buck and Bryce were very polite and knowledgeable.

When our air conditioner kicked the bucket during a minor power outage, We called Huggins heating and air! Every time we’ve called (even after hours) they’ve always been able to accommodate us and fix the problem to getting us back to cooler air. They are professional and honorable with reasonable prices.
Huggins was the best! So quick to answer the call after running into disappointment with another company. We are new to the area wish we knew of them first! We came home on a holiday weekend with super hot temps to find one of our units had failed. Huggins answered us right away and Quickly had our new AC unit ready to be installed. Great communication the technicians were very friendly, answered all our questions and were beyond helpful. We will be using them for our maintenance and duct cleaning in the future. Highly recommend them for your needs!

Exceptional Service and Quick Response Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Today, I had a frustrating experience with the company I purchased my $9500 HVAC system from three weeks ago. They failed to address my pleas for help today : no answer, leaving me disappointed and without A/C. However, my experience with Huggins turned the situation around completely. I called Huggins and within less than two hours, I had a perfectly functioning and cool A/C system. The initial representative I spoke with was attentive and empathetic, understanding the urgency of my situation. He even provided me with a time window to make a decision, whether to endure the heat (since it was still under warranty) and wait for the original company to respond and send an installation team, or opt for immediate repairs. To compare prices and availability, I reached out to a couple of other companies, but I quickly called Huggins back. The competitors quoted me rates of $295 and $350 for same-day after-hours service, while Huggins offered a reasonable rate of only $175. Their affordability was a pleasant surprise. I must commend Steven, the technician who assisted me. He had an excellent approach, showing great expertise and thoroughness in diagnosing and troubleshooting the issues. His efforts were truly commendable, and he proved to be a valuable asset to your company. Give this man a raise!!! As someone who rarely writes reviews, I feel compelled to share this positive experience. Huggins went above and beyond my expectations, providing stellar service and resolving my problem efficiently. I highly recommend them for their outstanding customer service, reasonable pricing, and the exceptional work of Steven. Last month we had Huggins Heating and Air out to service our AC. The young man who came out wasn’t here 10 minutes and we were told we were good to go. (No longer employed with Huggins) NOT! Last week when we turned the AC on it just kept getting hotter. Turned it off, Robert was here the next day serviced the unit. Now we are good to go! Nicest, very professional and on time. We discussed with Robert the makes of ACs Huggins recommended and Robert suggested several and had product information sent to me. (Hope he gets a “that-a boy”. We have been using Huggins Heating and Air for several years now and would highly recommend them.
We did a small repair. But what was remarkable was the response ! Polite , listened to our problem and provided the fix as promised. Highly recommend !

Technician was very courteous and professional. The company responded to my call in less than 24 hours and the charges were very reasonable. I highly recommend them to family and friends.
Would have been same day (on the plan) but the storm knocked our power when he showed yesterday. Chad made us his first call today. Chad was great. He was on time. Quickly determined the issue and repaired. We assume this part is a good value. A fuse box and cost a little over 200 (with the discount on the maintenance program).
I called Huggins Heating and Air because my unit was making an unusual noise. Not only did they show up earlier than they were scheduled, but they fixed the unit quickly! We will definitely be using them in the future! Our technician Chad was awesome and answered all of question that we had! Definitely recommend Huggins Heating and Air!!
