This business stole thousands of dollars from our elderly neighbor. They "tried" to install a mini split system with 4 heads at her residence. Showing up at 4:00 in the afternoon and working with head lamps until 9:00 at night. After weeks of them "trying" to install this unit they finally left and told her she was good to go. After a week or so, the unit does not cool at all! They won't answer their phone and no one is at their property location as well. It is believed they have closed up shop. She is out thousands and now has to pay another company to come and fix all the leaks in the system so that it can be recharged. I have never seen such terrible work. Everyone that has come to look at it is amazed how bad their workmanship is. I feel so bad for our neighbor. It's just not right!
Luke arrived early, identified the problem and got the compression running again quickly. He did a thorough inspection and was very pleased with the service I received.
Called them because my air conditioner was not working ( I called on a Friday they came in on Monday afternoon and that was fine) . I've been a client since they installed the unit, about 12 years. This person came in and he found the problem quickly. The problem was the blower motor. He replaced only the top part of the motor and everything was fine after that. He was there about 20 minutes. The price was $680.00. It is outrageous for a motor that is not more than $120.00. They just lost another client.
This is a business that my family uses. There older woman in a home that has been without air due to your company for over two weeks! You can't provide and answers, nor any solutions. If these ladies end up dead or sick because of your lack of concern I will sue your company!
Jim was very amazing. He came out after hours for us instead of the next day but sent guys back to check on us the next day .My family want to say thankyou so much ...and we're still sorry the ants got on you..but you kept on working thankyou so much and the ac is still great
installed a brand new unit in 2021 not even 1 year old and had to call twice already, not responsive, failed to show up nothing but a big headache.
Air Pros succeeded where other local companies failed me. Several other companies completely misdiagnosed my A/C problem over the past 2 months. After spending crazy money for labor on unnecessary parts replacements with no results and still suffering without a fixed unit, Air Pros comes to rescue!!! Thank you Air Pros my kids and I will be cool tonight thanks to your professionalism and expertise! I will never use another A/C company. Air Pros hands down the best around!
Had water builing up in air condtioner. Told tech thought a clogged line.instead of listening he told us had wrong size filters and pumped water out. Cost us 85 bucks for nothing. . Bought correct expensive size filters. But water still backing up in bottom of ac furnace unit.hubby had to pump out twice. Today.we cut a line and flushed it clear with a garden hose.do not hire. Do terrible work.
Didn’t have the part I needed as it’s a rare one but gave me a referral to a store that I could check out. Took the time to try and help me out!
Jim came out at 1am tonight and was able to fix our A/C unit without any issues. My wife and I are so happy to have a working unit again! Thank you so much and we will recommend them to anyone!
Very responsive, Fantastic service. I was pleased with every aspect of the device call. Jim and his team are the best. I would recommend using Air Pros to anyone requiring heating/AC work install or repair.

I really shopped and researched before purchasing a new HVAC system. After speaking with Jim at Air Pros I felt he gave me the best information and recommendations for a new system. He was patient and answered all my questions. He didn't try to upsell me like most companies which I appreciated. The installation went well and a small problem afterwards was immediately addressed and rectified. I'm very happy with the system Air Pros installed and the service.
I cannot say enough about Jim stayed until he figured out what was wrong that man is amazing And the price was more than fair I cannot speak highly enough about this business great company The Women in the office very understanding very patient
I had a leak in the new air unit they installed not even a year ago, the technician told me the problem was going to keep happening because of the way they installed the pipes. He took a picture and told me he was going to tell the owner and was going to call me back , he never called back. I contacted the place more than 5 times, every time I was told the owner Jim was going to call me, but he never did. Jim even answer the phone on one of my calls and told me he was coming but he didn't show up or called to reschedule or apologize for not coming. they are irresponsible and unprofessional. Do not hire this company,
Called on Monday, scheduled repair for Tuesday morning 1130-1230. Got text showing moved to 2:00-3:00pm , guy shows up at 3:30. Nice kid, told me it's fixed about 5:30. 2 hours later not working. Call back next morning around 8 got run around saying they would work me in . This after I paid for repair. Entire day no call until 4pmto apologize and say I'm next someone is on the way. No one shows. Call back today (Thursday) twice still getting run around, no appointment time. Told they would call me back in 5 to 10 mins, this is beyond unprofessional. I used before they were OK. I don't know whats going on but don't take my money and leave me hot. Called another company they will be here in 2 hours.
Worst customer service ever had the company schedule duct cleaning said I never scheduled and appointment so I make another one then they change around appointment times randomly lucky someone was home then they send a new guy out and destroy my return and it collapses so my Does not work guys come back out because the company doesn’t know how to communicate tells them they didn’t do it it was like that when they showed up and my ac worked and then tell me they didn’t break it we have to pay to fix it. Horrible communication on the company and even worse customer service leaving a family of 4 kids and 2 adults with no ac in summer will never recommend this company to anyone!
Had a service appt between 9am and 10am. No show. 11am, Nothing. 12pm, nothing. 1pm, nothing. 2pm, nothing. No phone calls for an update. I had to call them 6 times and they kept saying they're backed up. Nobody called me to tell me anything. Very unprofessional. Will never use again. I've used them before and they were great, this time shut me off.
Amazing company. Reasonable prices great service and they came out on Saturday night to fix our air conditioning. I would highly recommend this company. The owner Jim was super nice and had my air up and running in 15 minutes.
Jim and his team went above and beyond on a new air conditioner system installation. Very rare nowadays that people do exactly as they say they will , and then above and beyond. Couldn’t be happier.
