Very easy to deal with them and make an appointment for maintenance. The technician was very knowledgeable and quick fix minor issues and inspected and cleaned my a/c. No extra charge for fixing a plugged pipe.

I have been using Taylor for over a year now, and always receive great customer service. They have come out at night, during the day and ALWAYS has a great attitude and concern with getting the issue resolved. I am never disappointed!
We had no heat for 3 days, beginning our Christmas in Florida with the unusual cold front that hit us harder than expected. We contacted the installers of our central air unit. When we finally did get ahold of them on phone, we were told they would be out. Day after Christmas, still no service or technician. I went to their office, said they would be there in 2 hours. They never showed up. Contacted Taylor Air and Heat, although booked for the day, they managed to send a technician same day. Ron, technician, got our unit working and followed up next day to verify all was working to the capabilities of our system. Ron also advised us that the original contractor (AIR PROS of Bunnell, FL) failed to install a proper size unit in the home, and that eventually our electrical bill would be affected by the undersized unit. Ron explained that eventually our system would need to be replaced as current system would eventually break down (although newly installed August, 2021) due to improper size for size of our hom!e. The entire staff of Taylor Air & Heat were extremely professional, courteous, and my family can't thank them enough for their service. We highly recommend them for any services you may need. We will celebrate the rest of the holiday season in warmth and comfort thanks to the wonderful people of Taylor Air & Heat!!!!!!!!

It was the day after Christmas and we all know it would be impossible to have someone to come quickly in the event of a cold front and heat is not working. Not to mention we have seniors in the home. They were so Johnny on the spot! And the customer service was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! I highly recommend this company and didn’t even realize the owner was the technician that serviced us, until he gave me a card. We will definitely utilize them if ever needed again. Best. On time with the equipment that was needed. Went right to work and had it done quickly. Then he tested it on heating and again on the AC system. He went out to the garage to check on the unit to make sure everything was working perfectly there. Thorough and affordable!

Six months ago Ron Taylor installed a new heating/air system doing a terrific job. Today he completed the six month maintenance. He showed up on time and completed all in 45 minutes. Always a job well done!
Great service! Mr. Taylor is professional, kind and efficient. When other more name recognizable companies weren't calling back, Taylor heating and air came out within hours of calling him. I will only use this company going forward. They have earned a lifelong customer.
