From the initial inquiry call follow up to quickly meeting with Tracy Friedman (in under 30 minutes) to the installation team of JT & AJ, the Astro Air Inc. experience was exceptional. As someone who runs a technology consulting business myself, I know a great team and excellent customer service when I see and experience it. Astro Air Inc. was responsive, professional, prompt, efficient, and capable. I would highly recommend them and will do so to anyone looking for an AC and refrigeration partner.
Astro Air is one of the easiest HVAC companies to work with. I have been a customer for 2 1/2 years and they never disappoint. The maintenance work performed by the techs has kept my ac in excellent working order. Jason performed service this last visit (and several in the past) and I can’t speak enough about how satisfied I am.

We have used AstroAir for many years, for installation and system maintenance. They have provided excellent service. The senior service tech, Darin McKibben, has been particularly helpful in carrying out bi-annual maintenance of our systems.
Darin was very knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem with our air conditioner and repairing same. Time to have a service truck here at the house was excellent. We have been using Astro Air for many years and would recommend them to anyone.
August came today to complete the annual AC service maintenance , he cleaned the AC drain to the outside , inspected the filters , completed the quality checks on both units inside and out , reviewed the ECOBEE thermostat settings. By using Astro Air you get quality 5star service
Expert with Mitsubishi multi system. Needed troubleshooting on Xmas morning and Rick was super responsive guiding me to a quick fix!
Had them install a new AC. Price was fair, and the service was quick. They have also been out for a twice under the annual contract to maintain the unit. Has been running strong 2 years in. I'm a happy customer.

Over the past six years, and before with our home's previous owner, Darin has been inspecting, analyzing, installing, maintaining, cleaning and the person responsible for the reliable operations of our six-zone AC system. He has been able to predict system difficulties before they become a problem. He is on time for appointments and always prepared to do whatever is required to keep us in a comfortable, clean-air environment. We are very happy Astro Air customers.
