I was referred to Pearson Heating & Cooling Co. by a friend and I called them. Their technician arrived within 30 minutes of my call and he got my AC system working within an hour.He had all of the parts and tools in his truck. His charges were very fair. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.
We called these guys to do a tune-up on our AC units. They did an excellent job.They were very knowledgeable and explained to us everything they did and answered all of our questions. They were very professional and friendly.I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.
Fred came out, was able to get the A/C running and advised us that he could not guarantee how long it would continue to work. He gave me some options along with his recommendations and I was impressed with his straight-forward talk. Love this company customer service.Will refer them too any of my friends. They are good with prices and repair work.
Our technician was courteous and knowledgeable. He quoted me the cheapest price around and finished on schedule as promised even though the indoor coil we special ordered from the manufacturer was broken. Would definitely use them again.
Excellent service! Have used Pearson Heating & Cooling Co. for years and have never been disappointed. They are very prompt, professional and well informed.They came in to our home and converted our entire heating system and added central air in no time at all.

George and his assistant at Pearson Heating & Cooling Co were timely, friendly, efficient, and patience, knowing the awful cost of the electric induction motor, handled the situation very well, they were prompt in their retrieval of the part and efficient in its installation. Your company needs more men like these in order to further its success.

The technician did a complete and thorough cleaning and service of our furnace, humidifier, air exchange system, etc. and went out of his way to assist us in all respects. His service overall exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend him and Pearson Heating & Cooling.

George shows when he says he would and does what he says. He also goes through the trouble of explaining exactly what is wrong and will go into as much detail as needed so that the customer can make an educated decision about what to do. George was very personable, helpful and responsive. It is so nice to have a reliable HVAC company that is also priced right.
I have been a customer of Pearson Heating & Cooling Co. after being with another company that grew too fast and too large to care. Pearson Heating & Cooling Co. has never lost sight that caring about the customer is what makes these folks great. George will make suggestions but never has there been a hard sell. He gives you the pros and cons and lets you decide. I would not think of switching to another HVAC company.
My furnace shut down one day without any suspicion since all through, it had been functioning well. It was a bit annoying especially since I was planning to travel out of town. I felt stuck and I decided to call Pearson Heating & Cooling Co. to handle my case. George the tech guy was very responsive, engaging and did a wonderful job. We had been having issues with a brand new unit that we purchased from another AC company. We had made several calls to them but they never responded! We called Pearson Heating & Cooling to see if they could fix our unit. We could not have been happier with the outcome.
We just had our annual AC system checkup. Our technician was George who also performed the system checkup last year. As always he was efficient, courteous and very friendly. It's always a pleasure to interact with a service person who makes you feel like they appreciate your business unlike some businesses who act like they are doing you a big favor just showing up at your house.
