TLDR: OK company, just a bit too eager to install a new unit, vs fix an older one, and no appropriate follow up for satisfaction. Not sure I'll use again, but if I do, I'll be much more cautious. We bought our house in January of 2022. It has a lot of older systems in it, and one of those was our 10 year old A/C unit. It failed on March 13. The inside air handler was running, the thermostat was set to cool, but the outside condenser wouldn’t turn on. So we did some research on HVAC companies in our area, and, based on reviews on Google, Angi, Yelp, and the BBB, selected ATAC. They sent out a technician quickly and Logan showed up on March 15 to diagnose. He checked over the entire system (including volts/amps, capacitor, and the contactor), and all were within tolerances, but the condenser wouldn’t fire. He pulled the fuses, checked them (all good), reinserted them, and the condenser immediately started up. He continued to check the coolant levels and pressure (again, all good), and then wrapped up without any clear indication of what happened. He did state that in south FL, A/C units generally only get 10 years of life. So we left it as a fluke, and wrapped up the service call. 14 days later, the same thing happened. Condenser failed to start. Placed a call on March 27, and Derek was out on the 28th to diagnose. This time, the unit started working all on its own about 4 hours before Derek’s arrival, but I didn’t cancel the visit because I wanted it investigated. Derek repeated the investigation, and again, there was no clear cause, but we decided to keep an eye on it. Derek also re-stated that the unit was probably nearing end of life, and to be prepared for replacing it. There was no charge for this visit, but as a precaution, I purchased an annual service contract as a form of insurance against future incidents like this, as well as to secure a discount on the eventual new system that I would need. 14 days later, same thing. Condenser failed to start
I have a contract with Lindstrom but when I called them yesterday, they said they couldn’t come for three days! That didn’t do us any good. My air-conditioning was broken and I needed it fixed now. So I called All Time Air Conditioning and they were there and fixed in less than two hours. Wonderful
I was recommended to them by the house inspector I used a few months ago. After the storm a few days ago the AC didn't turn back on with the electric. I originally had a different contractor come out to my house who quoted $4,500 to replace all major components which didn't make any sense to me. All Time AC came out today and fixed the unit for $450 and gave actual professional advice on how to manage the unit moving forward. Thank you Logan and All Time AC for being very professional and ethical in your business. You have a customer in me for the remainder of the time I own a home.

Love this place, when the company I worked for couldnt fix it, this company did. Professional, polite and fair. Emergency service is hard to find a company to even come out. They were cheaper than the company I worked for to fix it. They also got it up same day.

I needed HVAC service last minute to get my grandparents cool during a heat wave. I called 15 companies after hours. All time was the only company to call back (and I got 3 different calls from different people making sure that I was taken care of). The technician, Robert, came out after hours, got everything working, and took the time to explain what was going on. I'll definitely be moving everything over time All Time and couldn't recommend them more highly.
My a/c died on me on a Saturday, of course. Spoke to Robert, one of their “fixers!” He amazed me with his patience & kindness. He was able to walk me through what was needed for the clog. We did it!!! I will forever be grateful & appreciative to this company. Now take Robert out to dinner!! tobe m.
Jake called us and arrived promptly at the time he said he would. He was courteous, personable, and delightful. He took the time to explain what was wrong, what he was going to do, and what he recommended for a new system install very soon. He took care of the cleaning and repair of the issue and on his way he went! This is the type of young man that everyone should have on staff at all times. Thanks to Jake and to All Time Air Conditioning. Our experience was awesome.

So, a few days ago, my fam and I got this amazing A/C system installed by these folks at All Time Air. Let me tell ya, this new unit is super quiet! Even our fur babies don't notice it's on. The install crew was super careful with our home, yard, and our pets – they really took care of everything. They installed the air handler in our utility room. Man, they did a fantastic job! Looks like it came with the house, they did such a clean job. The techs and managers were there for us to answer any questions along the way. I doubly appreciate their prompt response since we do have elderly family members living with us. These guys really know what they're doing, and they genuinely care about their customers. If you're in West Palm Beach or the surrounding area and need a great A/C service, give them a shot, you won't be disappointed. And guess what? They're already on top of scheduling a routine checkup for our A/C system in a few months. All-Time did their spring Preventive Maintenance visit (second of two annual visits) for our Carrier Heat Pump system. Their technician, Robert Miranda was on time, personable, efficient, thorough, and voluntarily provided a complete technical explanation for each activity. We have used them for two years now, ever since buying this home, and we have always been very satisfied with their service. Highly recommended!
