We are long time (38 yrs.) customers of Rome Aire. WE'VE had good and bad experiences with Rome Aire due to the lack of experience of some of the staff. But thank you to Marty for coming to our rescue. We truly appreciate your correcting the error that Alain made earlier.

Branth and team did an amazing job at removing our old ac system and old ductwork and replaced it all with new and updated products. They were all very efficient and tidy and minimized the mess by covering things up internally. We are very pleased with our new system and enjoying the AC.

Keystone did a good job offering us several selections to choose from and answering all of my questions as well as pointing out the advantages of each system. Installation of the new system was done very professionally and with high quality. James gave a complete overview and answered all questions I had. The site was completely cleaned up like they were never here. Very satisfied with the whole process.

I had James come to visit me and diagnose and fix my broken air system. He is a great technician and even better person. Rome is very lucky to have someone of his quality, HV skills, and people skills on their team.
Chris, our technician was very respectful and friendly. He found the problem right away and was able to fix it in a very timely manner. He then performed a full maintenance check on both in and outside unit. Should we every need to give RomeAir a call again , we will definitely request Chris for the job!

They replaced our pool heater and the process was fast and they did great work both technicians and customer support was very helpful in getting us quickly on the schedule for installation. I’m glad we were referred to use them. We are excited to use the new pool heater.
