We have a service contract with this company. One week after they serviced my AC the ac broke. The tech can’t back out (showed up 4 hours after he said he would arrive) said he didn’t know what was wrong, and would be back the next day with the owner. The next day, no call, no show. We called the office and was told that the tech did not go in to work that day and the owner would call us later. Shock, no call. Today my wife called the office in the morning asking for a call back to see what is going on and can we please get some help......no call back. Completely unprofessional and disappointing.
