Christopher was so professional and very clear about explaining what was wrong with our system. We can't thank him enough for coming out on a Sunday too. We have been using Palm Air for many years and they are Top Notch when it comes to AC work and professional staff.
Our tech, Barrington, came in, identified, the problem (drain line), and fixed it. He also explained that I should consider having the line clean twice a year. Being new to FL I didn’t know that cleaning the drain line was necessary. Good to know. We will be using them again.
We had the pleasure of having Palm Air come to our house to fix a compressor on the side of our AC unit. On a Saturday night we had the unfortunate event occur and lead to an extremely hot house. Palm Air was contracted and the technician (Caleb) arrived promptly. He identified and solved the problem within 20 minutes of arriving. We are so thankful for their great customer service, prompt response and fixing the underlying issue. Highly recommend and Caleb was professional and very friendly!
I have been a customer for 3 years for 2 different homes. Today, we had an Clogged AC Condense Drain issue and QUENTIN did an AMAZING JOB, trying everything he could do to fix our problem & he solved it!! He got our AIR CONDITIONING UP & RUNNING!!! Thank you QUENTIN!
I've been a customer of Palm Air for about a year now. Every time that I've dealt with them (repairing an old unit, purchasing a new replacement unit, and a follow up service call on the new unit) they have been incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive. Christopher was on-site within 2 hours of my call to the office for an error code yesterday. He fixed the issue within 30 minutes and took the time to explain what he was doing and what the issue was. I highly recommend Palm Air.
Benjamin was a great representative for the company. I will request him for my next visit. He kept me informed all the way through the visit even though I am up north. He is very personable and knowledgeable. Don’t let him go. He’s a keeper. Liked him very much. Thank you for sending him for my AC maintenance.
We have had a great experience with Palm Air for the past three years. Their technicians have been helpful and professional. The last time, Todd came to save us and he did a great job. I was glad he came because he was very kind, helpful, knowledgeable and was able to fix the problem we had. Besides, he had the courtesy of explaining what the problem was. On the other hand, with regard to the office staff, Shari has also been super kind, understanding and helpful on the phone, coordinating the service and making payments easy for us. I would recommend them and Palm Air.
First time using Palm Air AC for maintenance and we will definitely be continuing to use them as our go to HAVC service provider. Jose G. was our tech and he was extremely detailed and thorough with his service. He made recommendations to a few things which we will be having PalmAir take care of for us since the maintenance was excellent. Highly recommend them, they were recommended by our good friend who used them to install a new system for him and has his maintenance done by them as well. If you need service or maintenance, call Palm Air, they are top notch.
We had not had our AC unit serviced since the pandemic started so it was time to get it completed. Jose G was our technician and he was so through and very detailed on his notes it was amazing. We learned about PalmAir from our good friend who used them to install and maintain his system and his recommendation was spot on. Couldn't have been more pleased with the HVAC service and cleaning that we received. A few things were noted that needed repair and we have begun the process to have PalmAir AC complete those repairs and will most likely purchase the service contract to keep our systems in tip top shape. Palm Air provides excellent on time service. Their staff is professional and courteous. Technician Christopher Ast. represents the company with the highest degree of professionalism. He took the time to explain what and how he services the A/C unit. This is something that I have never experienced before in an Air Conditioning company. Palm Air is highly recommended.
I had an old A.C. that was dying and, on its way out so I called Palm Air as I have neighbors who used them in the past and had nothing but good things to say about them. I needed a complete new system, inside and out and Azoni and Chris showed up to remove and replace my existing in and out with new units. BOTH did an EXCELLANT job and were done in only a few hours and that's with needing a crane too. I wanted to wait a few days before writing this review to see how the new a/c feels and WOW. What a positive difference. I have nothing but GREAT things to say about this company Palm Air AIr Conditioning, Inc who gave me an excellent product at an excellent price. Thank you.
Barrington was our tech, and he was professional and very knowledgeable. One thing I have to say about Palm Air is they show up! Instead of renewing my AC maintenance with Cousins Air, I’ll renew it with Palm Air. They actually show up and fix your problem.

Today I had a UV light installed in my Carrier A/C. The tech was Barrington. He was a very pleasant young man and installed the light and explained some things about the light. We checked out the A/C and found not problems. I would say he was a credit to Palm Air and was a fine example of how people should treat clients. I would recommend using this tech.
Benjamin made a service call and was excellent. He explained the problem, made the correction quickly and then adjusted my vents and air flow. I will certainly request him again.
Ed C. arrived on time, serviced a recently installed system because the original installer is not trustworthy and discovered that a fail-safe connection was never installed. This outfit is courteous, knowledgeable, professional and priced fairly. Highly recommend.
