We called at about 6pm when we realized our AC hadn’t been working all day. I had already called several places who said it was too late and they couldn’t come out that night. Marks Heating & Air Conditioning Co had their techs here within 30 minutes and had the air up and running very quickly. We were so grateful for their quick and efficient service.

Customer service is the best! They were very friendly and explained everything so I could understand. I would recommend them to anyone looking for heating and air conditioning services or repair services.
They were very nice and helpful! When I got there, they checked out my furnace and told me what needed to be done. They gave me a price list of what all needed to be done as well as an estimate for each part. Everything turned out great! I would definitely use them again in the future if needed!
Very pleased with the work they did for me! They were very professional and courteous. They came out on short notice and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs heating or air conditioning repair services.
They were able to fix the problem quickly and get me back up and running with heat within a couple days of calling them. The only thing I would say is that it could have taken longer to get back up and running once they did fix the problem but overall it was still very quick.

I had a little problem with my air conditioning unit and I called the business who covered my warranty. They sent out a technician who was honest, and very helpful. He obviously is a guy after God's heart.

I called and got service the same day. The tech was super friendly, quick and professional. We had a horrible leak coming from inside our AC and they sent someone the same day before a heat wave was due. The work was done right and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend!

Kim was very professional and also just a nice guy. We needed air purification for bad odor and possible mold. He took the time to thoroughly check the air quality throughout our condo. Very positive experience and am looking forward to having Marks Heating & Air Conditioning Co come back to install the new equipment.
They don’t provide quotes over the phone just for a checkup. What a joke

We had Robert from Marks Heating & Air Conditioning Co and he was great! We have a programmable and zones digital thermostat that badly needed upgraded. He came out and solved the problem and did a follow up on it to make sure it was upgraded and working properly! I would recommend him to anyone!
From the moment Dan showed I really felt that I was in good hands. Other than that, they are rich with various HVAC products, spoilt for choice for any client. I got to make inquiries for A/Cs and heaters, they gave me very friendly quotations and their products were on point. We scheduled a date for installation. Dan and his crew arrived on time, did their survey, identified the best spot and installed the system. Am so glad I trusted them with the job for they weren’t a disappointment at all.
I could not have been more pleased with the service from Marks Heating & Air Conditioning and especially from the technician Dan. He was professional, knowledgeable, and competent. He explained to me all the issues that he was checking and completed the job on time. I wish we would have known about this company sooner. It would have saved us a lot of headaches.
