I needed a toilet valve replaced and Pedro came out to do an excellent job. He was professional, friendly and explained a lot that I didn't know about the plumbing in my home. I always call Erica's Plumbing because everyone there is wonderful, but I would give Pedro an extra gold star for good service. He seems to truly enjoy helping people, which is so refreshing nowadays. But in any case, this is a company that I can't recommend highly enough.
I made an appointment with Ericas plumbing and air conditioning and restoration as my AC unit was not cooling properly. And i got the appointment next day afternoon. Jesse came out, identified the issue right away, worked quickly to get my AC back up and running. Above and beyond excellent service with his knowledge and letting me know things I can do to help maintain. 10/10 would recommend Erica's Plumbing to anyone and suggest requesting Jesse for his extensive knowledge!

I called at Erica's at 5:00 on a Friday, they answered the phone right away and even offered to have someone out that night. That wasn't necessary, and made the appointment between 9-11 on Saturday. Around 9 I received a text about the technician Edmond with a photo and bio saying he would be there in 30 minutes. Emond called soon after letting me know he was about 23 minutes away. At that time he arrived, very professional and honest. Showed me my problem and gave me a solution to fix it long them, which the previous company I used for years for years never did. You definitely don't find companies now a days that you can trust, but Erica's Plumbing and AC has earned my business and trust
Vinny & Terrance were our plumbing experts - they were friendly, efficient, and very good at repairing our unexpected plumbing issues. In the midst of a stressful situation they were reassuring and kind. They called in a restoration expert, Paul, who came in tonight as well. The team explained everything & resolved our leak as well as the damage it caused. We are very impressed with the excellent level of service everyone provided, and we definitely look forward to working with your team in the future.

My usual plumbing company wasn't able to send anyone for an after hour outside gushing water leak. They suggested Erica's Plumbing. The dispatcher was quick to take my information and get back to me with not only an ETA of the plumber coming but his picture, a short bio, along with assuring news that he was background checked and drug tested. But wait, there's more! There was a tracker so I could check on the plumber's distance. "Benny" Vincent Lagasi, quickly assessed the situation and gave me an estimate before starting. I thought oh boy, an older lady along, he will try to over sell me. Wrong! He discovered that my house water cut off didn't include the hose bib that had, well exploded so the estimate was adjusted. He quickly took care of the problem, applied coupons, presented me with the bill, and was done, cleaned up, and gone in a flash. My dad had a plumbing company up north when I was young. Benny reminded me of his kind, friendly workers. Thank you Benny. I will call and ask for you by name the next time I need a plumber. D

Jesse from Erica’s plumbing was fantastic. Not only did he travel all over southern Florida to find the parts necessary for the repair, he stayed until after 9pm to finish the job so we could have air conditioning that night. Competitor had strung me along for about a week telling me the parts were on back order. Great job I’d highly recommend this company.
My sister recommended them highly and I’m SO happy I called them! Talk about efficient, quick, friendly service at a fair price! My technician Connor was fabulous! He changed my water heater out quickly and really knows his stuff! I highly recommend Erica’s Plumbing, A/C & Restoration!
Chris arrived on time, explored the situation, recommended a treatment for my A/C issue, then gave me a detailed rundown of options I needed to make an informed decision. I went with his recommendation as the best overall remedy, and it was quoted at a reasonable cost. Tarik came out to do the work, which was completed flawlessly and in a very short time. I still had an issue with a drip coming from somewhere. The office folks were very helpful in attempting to help diagnose the problem with the least amount of disruption. Connor was sent out to address the plumbing issue, quickly identified the source of the drip, and offered me options for addressing the issue. Work was completed within a couple of hours. I still have a small area of the ceiling that needs repair from the leak, but Erica's said they will refer the work to one of their subcontractors, and I have full confidence that work will also be remarkable.
i Called Erica's because my AC was not working. I used them in the past for some plumbing updates, Fred did a great job with those. Eddy was sent to help with my AC problem. He was on schedule, very polite and did a professional job. I also like that he is a veteran like me. I will use them again for both plumbing and air conditioning issues.
Called up for an under slab water leak, came out right away. Service tech very professional and knowledgeable. Found the leak and capped it off. Great communication thru the whole process. Would definitely use again
Pedro came by this morning to help with a lack of water flow to my kitchen faucet. His communication was great! I received a text from Erica's ~30m prior to arrival & Pedro also called me directly. He was on time, professional, & friendly. I learned a thing or 2 through the process & he made sure I understood what was going on. He's also rather funny & he put up with my very curious cat. Would 10/10 recommend!
I would like to thank Tyrik and Jahja for putting the work into the re-working of my AC Drainline. It was a difficult fix and they were more than happy to explain what we could and couldn't complete. They were able to make a tough problem workable. They worked hard and efficiently to complete the re-work and I am so happy with the outcome!
The entire Erica’s Plumbing crew is extremely professional and knows what they are doing. With their professionalism, promptness and expertise Anthony and Paul from restoration were a huge help in making a tough situation with water damage better and really saved the day.
Jesse and the A/C staff went out of their way to help me out. Everyone at Erica's is very friendly and professional. They are a real gem of South Florida!
I discovered a slab leak in my shower. They responded and detect the leak. I scheduled the full repair a few days later. They arrived on time were clean and dropped a new pex line across my house in less than 4 hours. I had a previous leak in the kitchen and it took a different company 8 hours to fix it. I would hire them again.
