Apparently they don't provide commercial work.
We were disappointed that to solve a programing problem the suggested solution was to replace the thermostat completely. A thermostat that your company installed to begin w. A simple maintance on the ac was preformed so that Something was done but the problem is still there. We are going to have to Google and search to find out what was done and how to fix it. I would suggest you have at least 1 Tech person who understands how your new fancy thermostats work. And next time I will refuse the bs maintenance. If the problem I have can't be fixed by who you send you won't be getting paid for a service I didn't call about. Also that was what my husband said "well ok you can do that" because the guy didn't seem to want to talk to a woman and truely couldn't understand the problem I was explaining to him. It's a programing problem not a physical one. But as I will no longer be home during the day...I no longer care. If the ac isn't running fine. Money saved.
Devonte arrived at our home Sunday evening on time and professional admitted the issue was more than he could handle... Monday morning they send their "top" technician Derrick...he proceeds to tell me that my 4 year old Carrier unit is completely shot and rebuild of the inside unit was needed or a new Goodman unit (contractor grade garbage) for $10,000 was the best option for this situation.... I declined the new unit and opted for the $1,300 repair he said he would be back that evening they tried pushing it to Thursday so I called another company. I had two companies come in behind this "top" technician and come to find out he dismantled my AHU for no reason what so ever tried selling me parts I didn't need basically tried to con us I've been waiting for 3 days for 4 different supervisors to contact me and of course nothing! The problem was a transformer $225.00 and my A/C was up and running... thank you Southern Point Heating and Air for cleaning up One Hour's mess!
Did $1600 worth of work and my AC only worked for 5 days they said I need a new unit now

Very knowledgeable crew, came and diagnosed the problem very quickly, and provided the estimates and collected $2K in no time, well it's been over a week, no update on when to expect the AC fixed, when I call in and say need refund, I am being threatened it might take 8 weeks or more to get the money back, really?
Devonte is the best! He worked hard to find my issue and help me resolve it. He is so polite and able to handle customer attitude with a smile. Give this man a raise!
Amy was AMAZING! She was so thorough and explained everything to me and presented all of the options, with no pressure to make a decision right then. She urged me to take time to think through the options and really went above and beyond the entire time she was here. I would absolutely recommend One hour and Amy in particular to anyone looking for affordable and trustworthy services!

So update from last night, i called in this morning, spoke with the office. They apologized for the miscommunication. She got me scheduled for this afternoon from 2-6. Amir came out, and fixed our AC. He showed up, explained what happened and what we need to look for in the future. Our capacitor went out. I really appreciated the professionalism from him. guess what, still have the brotection plan. My unit was making a loud noise, I called at 715 pm to find out when I can get someone out, 10 mins later my unit quit working altogether. Was told first available was Saturday. Then was told a supervisor would call me, no call was made. Called back and was told dispatch would call me tonight, still no call. We live in Florida, I pay to have the protection plan and I can't get a phone call back. This company is quick to take your money but does not stand behind their motto. Very disappointing. I will be calling in the morning, if I can't get someone out tomorrow I will cancel the plan and request a refund! I purchased a new unit in April 2018. First few months had 3 repairs made. Had to call tonight at 945pm because my unit quit working, I purchased the brotection plan, and I was told that someone could come out in the morning around 9 or tomorrow afternoon. I work and I cant leave my son home with no AC. Not the service I was expecting to receive after paying almost 2 years for this brotection plan. (Paid for plan with my old system before I got my new one) cant even get a phone call from a tech to try to walk me through it. Thanks Bros.. your company keeps on disappointing.
Short version. Bought a new unit in April 2018. Had to have 3 items replaced so far. I pay monthly for the bro warranty where I get placed at the front of the line in an emergency. I called at 945pm. My thermostat went off my unit quit working and when I called I was informed that someone could come out in the morning or tomorrow afternoon. So much for customer service for those who purchase their warranty. Cant even get a tech to call. E over the phone to see of they can trouble shoot the issue. Took the panel off, thinking maybe it was the battery.. you guessed it. No battery there so that isnt the issue. Dont waste the money on this so called Bro warranty. Melissa Wanted to add an update. the tech came out this evening. Tuesday 6-11. Greg was awesome and knew exactly what was wrong. Fixed it up. Wish someone would have called last night and we could have fixed it ourselves. Either way. Thank you Greg for fixing the issue
Gerald and Davante were amazing! They were very knowledgeable and informative. They were very nice and understood our frustrations. It was 95 today and they were able to diagnose and fix our problem within one hour of their arrival. There was a mixup with the call center and the technicians arrived later than scheduled, through no fault of their own, but the company compensated us. I would definitely use them again!
The technician was GREAT, Thank you Levi!! He was polite, in, and out in a timely manner. My issue comes with the office. Appointment was made on Thursday for a non-working A/C in Jacksonville, FL. Was not able to be seen till Saturday, ok understandable first hot day of the year but at least a time would be nice. Called again on Friday still can’t give a time, then again Saturday (day of appointment) a little after 8am can not get in touch with local number as I was on hold a little over 10 minutes waiting and phone line cuts off. Called back and reached someone but still could not provide the information. Tried a 3rd time at 1pm got a answering machine this time. A Daytona number calls after trying to chat online to get information and they couldn’t help. Once tech contacted me at almost 230pm all went well but ruined a whole Saturday waiting. Scheduler, Dispatcher, or Service call personnel needs some training on how to get this important information. Again the technician was amazing!
Mike T. was our service tech that came out this time. He was awesome and professional he changed a few parts and had it running within 2 hours. The last insisted that it wasn't worth fixing and was going to cost a lot more then it actually did, he was just trying to sell us a new unit. I will use these guys again as long as they keep sending Mike out. Thank you, Mike!!
Chris serviced my unit today. I have experience with several technicians the past month and all were good. Chris came today to find the leakage in freon, he found the leak. He went back to the office and obtained two portable air units for my home, brought them back and set them up. Thanks for the dedicated workers at One Hour.
Great experience. Needed emergency ac repair. He came out within a few hours of calling. Professional and straight to the point. Didn't try to haggle me or upsell. Good, honest work. Will use again if I ever need to! :)
Initially my experience with One Hour was not good. I was contacted by Brandi from there customer service department. She was extremely helpful in answering my concerns and rectifying the situation. I am extremely pleased with the speed in which they reached out to me, and I can honestly say this is what should be expected from a reputable company such as this. Brandon was very excellent very thorough up front an honest about everything. An a great attitude treated us with respect an didn't pressure us on anything an we got a good deal definitely recommend one hr bros will be using them from here on out.
Routine service was performed today. Gerald was on time and knowledgeable. He explained all that he did and we appreciated his work. Would gladly have him service us again.
The technician was great! Outside AC unit needed a capacitor replaced, and he replaced it. I was happy to pay the $99 fee for them to come out, and troubleshoot, I however was not happy to pay $209 for a $20 part. That was a HUGE ripoff and I won't be doing business with them in the future.
