Average service but will not forget to charge you twice when they were just at your house for maintenance literally 2 days ago and you needed a follow-up because the system wasn't working to expectations after that maintenance.
Good system maintenance service for fair price. CAS has better pricing than other competitors. Especially the diagnostic fee.

Complete Air has always been great to work with. Their team is professional and explains everything they are doing. Also they are just nice people which makes it even better. I would recommend them to anyone and have to my neighbors who now use them as well.

Have used Complete Air twice for repair and very satisfied both times. Fair pricing, reponsive, and techs were very friendly courteous, and professional. Did not push any specific replacement, etc. Max was tech this time and was great!
This company has been excellent. They are there within an hour or less after I call if I have a problem. Now they clean and service the Air and heater unit every six months and I haven't had emergencies since they started coming out. Always explains everything and goes over any cost of any problems. Excellent people to do business with.
Great service. On time. Professional kind tech that was thorough and explained the process. They had the parts we needed available inbthe vehicle. They stayed until the job was finished. Took about 2 hours start to finish. System appears to be running well now. Couldn't be happier. So thankful it didn't end up being a missed work event. So thankful for a quality job well done

It’s always a pleasure having them at my home. They call every year to remind me of our annual maintenance. Tony is extremely professional. If you’re not sure about using this company, do it. It’s been a few years and it’s always been exactly what we were looking for.

They arrived on time, excellent cleanup, everyone knew their jobs and were very professional. They were pleasant with whom to work and did their best to provide a great job.
$646 to replace a condenser fan that cost less than $200 is outrageous,, and $30 to clear a bit of Kudzu vine growing around the AC unit,, ok, fair enough. Not bad for an hour's work eh? Should have just ordered a new fan off Amazon and replaced it myself,,, (what is it? 4 bolts and 3 wires from the new fan into the capacitor,,, hardly rocket surgery),,, I'd be $450+ richer anyway.

I have used this surface before, and it feels to me like he is being very honest. He has previously recommended that I not replace my system however at this point it has deteriorated to the point where he thinks it should be replaced and I think that is reasonable
