This is the best and most honest crew you could ask for in Orlando. After calling 6+ HVAC vendors, I realized that it was only All-star that bothered to even ask about my issue instead of only telling me what the service call fee is. They were the most timely, professional, honest, and affordable of all vendors in Orlando. I requested a follow-up check on the service they performed and they obliged without charge. Moreover, I was updated with new ETA's as soon as a traffic jam left the tech (Javier) get stuck in bumper to bumper traffic for over an hour. The team lead (as well as his crew), Janeiro, is really professional and knowledgeable. 100% recommend to anyone needing AC help in this beautiful sunshine state!

I needed a pipe relocated from the attic on the outside of my house and All Star did an awesome job. They sent Javier and I was very satisfied with his work. He is the best tech the company could have. He made sure it was done correctly.

Great service! Put in request for service and they came within 24 hours of request. Tech was super nice and shared a bunch of information to help maintenance and repaired the clogged drain, and installed a drain plug. Was excellent and would use again.

All-Star is an AMAZING company! Excellent service, professional & great workers. AC unit gave out and Genaro & Javier came out immediately to install new unit. They have been my #1 company since day 1. Definitely recommend!!!
Our AC went out on a Tuesday night. I called them on Wednesday morning and they had someone to my house the same day. Other places I called were days out. Genaro showed up check out our system, tried everything possible but told us we needed a whole new unit. We gave him the go ahead and he came Friday morning to install it. We would absolutely recommend All Star Heating & AC to anyone. He will be doing our maintenance going forward. Thanks Genaro!

Javier stopped by to repair my AC knew what it was right away by the sound it was making. Saw that it was still under warranty and started the paperwork on getting the replacement part. Cost me what I was hoping for and not what I feared it was going to be. Would recommend the business for your AC & Heat repair.
