Alvaro was very detailed in explaining our air conditioning problems. The duct work was not working efficiently. He and his crew were professional and worked diligently to replace our duct work and update the HVAC system. I am highly impressed. Our home is now cool in all rooms which was not the case beforehand. We are very thankful for the work done. Might I add, he proved to me that he has integrity. That is a quality that is much undervalued but is everything in my book. I highly recommend Air Prime Solutions.

Our upstairs AC unit completely turned off. I called Air Prime and they were there the next morning and were able to fix our unit and also provide very important details on how to prevent this problem from happening again. The tech was very thorough and friendly! I could not have had a better experience with them!

OUTSTANDING Company!! I needed a new A/C system in my Condo in Kings Point Sun City Center, I tried to get multiple quotes from local contractors, some big, some small. This was not an easy task, most companies simply never showed up or gave me an inflated quote over the phone. Alvaro from Prime Air Solutions came to the Condo, looked over the entire project and provided an accurate quote that was exactly what was needed to replace my very old system with a quality Trane Runtru 16 SEER A/C unit at a spot on price point. He listened to my needs and exceeded my expectations! Alvaro was prompt and very respectful to my tenant when performing his thorough inspection of the old system and throughout the installation of the new system. The installation was performed on a VERY hot Florida day, it was brutally hot in the attic. Alvaro and another Tech did an absolute amazing job!!! Quality workmanship every step of the way! The install was performed with pride and done right. If you want an "Old School" hard working A/C contractor, then Air Prime Solutions is the company that you need to hire!! He will be my A/C contractor for all my properties from now on. Five+ Stars!!!
I don’t even know where to start here. The first time we called Air Prime we lived at a different house. Alvaro came out, fixed our heater without charging us. About 6 months later my wife and bought a different house that had an older AC. I had my usual AC guy come out and he replaced a couple parts and got it running. The problem was it wouldn’t cool past 78 during the day and ran constantly. So, my wife called Alvaro. He came out and shot me straight about the condition of the condenser, and more importantly, the whole system, including the duct work. He advised me of the best approach to get the house comfortable during the hot summer days. His assessment was thorough and he asked me the right questions about what I wanted; he wasn’t just trying to figure out how to give me the cheapest solution, he asked what I wanted to accomplish. I wanted a solution so we didn’t have to worry about our house being hot or our AC failing. His solution was to install a new unit and fix the ductwork. His price was fair so we decided to complete everything he recommended. We needed to leave the house for a couple days because they had to replace the duct work and AC. During the install while we were away, our plumbing backed up. Alvaro called us immediately! He even had his guys clean up the entire mess and wait for the plumber. When it came time to pay my bill he didn’t charge extra and just said he was happy to help. You don’t run across people like him and his crew very often. These guys were the epitome of excellence. I highly recommend this company. The entire process was handled quickly, professionally and most importantly with complete integrity.
I am so impressed with Air Prime Solutions. I personally cant say enough about the character of Alvero. My blower motor went out while I was out of town. My wife and son were in the house. I called Alvero and he quickly assessed the problem ordered the parts and repaired the AC in 24 hrs. Honest, fast, quality service - all around exceptional. Alvaro with Air Prime takes the time to thoroughly understand what is needed before making recommendations. In our case, we needed a replacement and improved circulation. He explained it all, proposed at Avery reasonable rate and did an outstanding and timely install. When time to replace our other unit, Air Prime will be my only call.
We recently moved to Florida and bought a home in Apollo Beach. We bought a fixer upper. Alvaro was hired to test and evaluate our ac/ heat system on a reccomendation from my sister and brother in law. Are we glad we used Alvaro. He pointed out that we had a builder grade cut the corners ventilation system that builders installed to save money. He explained how a proper system ventilated the house and ours was a mess. After having him evaluate and estimate the repairs we gave him the job. The system in the house now ventilates correctly and is an amazing difference in not only the temperature in the house but how the system works. It distributes the air far more evenly and lowered our energy bill because the system is not working so hard to keep up. Alvaro is one of the most knowledgeable, friendly , and professional AC technicians I have ever used. No one will ever work on a/c /heating again but Alvaro. I highly recommend his and his company.
Air Prime is very reliable, very honest. We lost AC and Alvaro walked me through exactly what went wrong and told me all of the options. I’m very pleased with the system, and they price. It’s been very comfortable in our house and I can control the thermostat from my phone!
