I cannot recommend Air Medics enough! On Saturday our heater broke. We were given their number and called Monday morning. Godfrey said he would call his partner and call me back. Within thirty minutes he called me back and said Jason would be coming out for an estimate that afternoon. We were in a time crunch because we were listing our house. Godfrey called me Monday night with an estimate and that he would be able to get Jason back to my house the next day. The estimate was amazing and the availability was even better! The next morning Jason was not only on time, but he was early. He worked hard all day. He was incredibly polite and helpful. Overall, Air Medics are a must hire! They were professional, reliable, and a great price. Godfrey even followed up later Tuesday night to make sure I was happy with the completed job. Call them, you won’t regret it.
Service was Fast, Clean, Reasonable Prices, and Professional, Thank You so much for responding speedily and getting my heat working again. You guy came in and got the job done no in between. Thanks You So So Much 👍🏽

We first contacted another HVAC who came out and told us that we would need $9,000 to replace and repair parts of our unit. Thankfully, a friend referred us to Air Medics. Jason our technician arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and for less than $100 we were back up and running! They were friendly, helpful and our house has been so cool and comfortable in this crazy hot summer heat. Thank you Air Medics!
I called for service on a Thursday morning. They arrived at the house within a few hours. I was pretty sure from previous experience that I had a Freon leak in the unit would that it would have to be replaced since it was 20 years old. They wanted to come out and check first to make sure it wasn't something minor like a capacitor which can be quickly and cheaply fixed. Unfortunately it wasn't. They would have come back the next day to fix it but we were due to be out of town and made arrangements for them to return on the following Monday morning. They arrived on time with the new equipment. All of the old equipment was removed and the new equipment was completely installed by 3 PM the same day. He even brought a new programmable Wi-Fi thermostat which he very patiently programmed. I have already referred them to a close friend who was also very pleased with their work. They are honest, reasonable, and professional. I don't know what else one could expect when calling for service. You should definitely give them a try.
